The very good food and servive in the coffee shop, I was made to feel a guest every time I visited. The food was outstanding, a must for visitors. Coffee shop staff always had a smile and were cheerful. Main reception answered all my questions, but a happy face would have been nice. Rooms should have tea/coffee machine, also slippers are what you would expect of a 4* hotel |

modern, elegant, clear hotel with comfortable rooms - parking system is very kind: parking house is close and easy to accessible on foot too.. staff was helpful at the reception, but very aloof (they just worked) - the garantee charges amount was too high according to probably total amount (+50%!!!) - breakfast was good, but the mixed of service and self-service was disturbing, and the breakfast stuff wasn't so nice and helpful either (.. and i was quite polite) - on the whole the hotel is a well functioning guest-factory |

I got a room with a beautiful view, the surroundings are great, the staff is polite and affable, the food in the restaurant very good. They had not even one Smoking Room, and the rooms had no balconies! |

The hotel room was large and well appointed. The decor was fresh and interesting. The breakfast was excellent with fresh-squeezed juices and a variety of cold and hot breakfast items. We were in The Netherlands during hot and humid summer weather. Air conditioning in the hotel room would have been helpful. |

We liked the location near buses, shopping, banks and restaurants.The Figi hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good food in the Figi restaurant. The room requires more air circulation, especially when it is hot. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. 5 minutes to the right of the hotel is Zeist's shopping centre. Few minutes to the left of the hotel is the city castle, some gardens with fountains. It is quite picturesqe. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street but during our stay it was not noisy. There was not even a kettle in the room, which was terrible. One has to go out if wish to have a cup of tea/coffee. The hotel restaurant is very expensive, in my opinion.No complimentary water bottle or even slippers. Certain facilities, which I take are a must and are usually there even in a 3 star hotels these days, were completely missing. |

Hotel in the centre of Zeist about 15 min by car to Utrecht. The room was very spacious and recently renovated. It offers free parking and very nice breakfast.Hotel staff very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and definately recommend the hotel. |

On arrival, there was a slight delay in checking in, however once in, the room was very clean & spacious. Also, the free car park was an added bonus along with a good choice at breakfast. |
