I was able to check in early which was very good since I had a long trip that day. The staff was very good and answered all my questions.

The bed was too soft and the sheet were a little rough, they were not soft to the skin.

Service was good. When we had an issue it was directly solved

The double bed was extremely small (+-120 cm) which is incomprehensible since the room was really big! Because of this and a bit of street noise entering the room, we didn't sleep very well.

Nice room, we got good value, breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Good facilities, nice big shower, hotel was very elegant and pretty, was spotlessly neat with great atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice little late night cafe bar attached. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent transport links if you want to visit other places.

Only one slight issue. It was snowing when we arrived and the heating was on very low in our room before we arrived so we had to wait in our jumpers for it to heat up.

Walking distance from our destination

Beds are too small, sagging and the pillows are hard and too big. The walls are also wafer thin, we could hear the neighbours cough....

You need a car to see much in this area, though it is good for cycling. And maybe it could feel a bit impersonal. But overall I would definitely recommend

There was horrendous music in the breakfast room. After I asked in Dutch someone of staff to switch it off, the answer was: We kunnen het zachter zetten (we can decrease the volume). One would expect such an answer in North-Korea, not in a place that pretends to be civilized.

Art nouveau, very quiet room, very central, good bus links, good choice of films in cinema, very helpful reception!

Expensive restaurant, breakfast very crowded

The hotel was conveniently located for my business activities. The room was comfortable and roomy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lack of variety on the menu in the restaurant - I'm not really a gourmet kind of person.

Respectable, quiet, quality. Excellent location - very nice Zeist, 30 min of driving to Amsterdam. Convenient parking.

Easy going, location in town

Hotel Fibi provided me an seamless internet access that I really needed at that time and the restaurant of the Hotel was nice.

There was no air conditioner in my room. They provided me an air blower. Beds were not so good or they were too soft for me.

Nice, clean, spacious, well arranged room. Location of the hotel very good, centrally in Zeist, in proximity of diverse restaurants. Nice forest area for running/ walking just 200 meters away. Comfortable multi storey parking just behind the hotel, imcluded in the room price.

Loud chime played by the clock on the town hall each 15 mins until 10 P.M. We wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant at 9 p.m., they said the kitchen was closed. So we wanted to go to another place to eat, no problem, some other restaurants close to the hotel. But as we asked where to go to eat the waiter went to ask someone and reappeared then with the info that they would serve us and we may order a la carte. This was not so important issue to me, and I can accept that the kitchen stops working early, but the behaviour was a bit strange from the service point of view. In general very good hotel, I'll stay there again.

Locatio and the town of Ziest

Outside the hotel , the noise of youngsters in the early morning (3 am) they appeared to be drunk and the police did nothing to move them on?

Excellent stay. It is a beautiful hotel with a modern design in a classic town. Breakfast is excellent and so was the Internet access. Free parking in structure behind the hotel is big plus. The sleeping rooms could be a bit bigger but bathrooms are of good size and modern. The price for the hotel quality was excellent.

This is a good hotel with correct staff and a clean disposition. We chose it for our base for Queens day in Amsterdam and Utrecht. Which was a bit far away but good for price. Definitely stay here again and Zeist was a pleasant surprise.
