We had a fabulous meal and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The lighting in the foyer is amazing. |

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and able to check in early. Breakfast was excellent and the new lobby chandelier is stunning! I dropped a pen and discovered a lot of dust under the bed when I was picking it up. But that was the day I was leaving, so it didn't bother me too much. I probably would have asked for it to be cleaned if I'd been staying any longer. |

used as a base to go to Scheveningen - bad smell in the room we stayed the first night. (we changed room the 2nd night); - we were charge additional 15 EUR per night for the view on the lake. Such information was not discosed anywhere. |

Very helpfull staff. Nice size room, Lovely breakfast. Ideal location for Den Haag, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and ferry port. Could do with refurbishment in certain area's |

This is the third time we stayed at the hotel - it is quiet - great service - superb dining - good location and for the ladies shopping mall nearby We are looking forward to the next visit |

location, free parking bed was not that comfortable, could not sleep properly. Staff had difficulties in speaking English/German. Room service charges were not mentioned on the menu card or the guest information booklet.... |

I stayed in the hotel over the weekend. It was one of the best hotels I have been in and I have been in many hotels... While the view on the like was beautiful and romantic, the other side towards a shopping mall is not that sexy... |

Room service food is excellent, recommend the "club sandwich". Rooms are nice and functional with plenty of working space. Restaurant very nice with nice view over a small lake. Wireless internet reception is not great, uses t-mobile hotspot, more lukewarm than hot and not cheap. TV in room a little small for size of room but works fine otherwise. |

It was a big surprise when I found out that in the same moment I checked in, the receptionist has locked 600 EUR in my credit card without any information or explanation. First of all I'm sure it was not stated in the hotel policy and on the other hand why the hotel locked 600 EUR in my account if my bill for whole stay is about 340 EUR??! Nobody even tried to explain this to me. |

Staff were very helpful; public areas were attractive and modern; bathroom was good design and had shower and bath Standard bedroom decoration was tired and needed a coat of paint; bedding also tired - pillowcase first night had stain and second night new pillowcase had tear. Although no smoking allowed in rooms, bedroom smelt of old, stale cigarette smoke. |
