Buen hotel situado cerca de un centro comercial. Habitacion grande y comfortable pero con vista a un gran estacionamiento publico. |

El personal, el confort, la facilidad de encomtrarlo y su buen uso. El cuarto de baño un poco pequeño , sin calefacción y el ventilador estaba siempre en continuo funcionamiento por loq ue molestaba un poco por la noche. Tambien me cargaron 50 € de gastos en mi tarjeta de Crédito por si hacía un gasto imprevisto y aún no me lo han devuelto. Por lo demás bien. |

los alrededores.la cama del hotel rea mailisima y eso de que las habitaciones esten enmoquetadas y luego dejan pasar animales....estaba super sucia y lle nas de pelos ,que asco. |

El hotel está genial, aunque el desayuno (debido a la categoría del hotel) es demasiado caro Lo cierto es que la luz del baño no funcionaba, pero en mi casa me ha pasado lo mismo alguna vez. |

Esta rodeado de un lago, un parque y un centro comercial. La única pega es que solo la mitad de las habitaciones (más caras) tienen esas vistas. Parquing gratuito. No tiene wifi gratis. Te cargan en la tarjeta 50 euros como depósito, aparte del precio de la habitación. No nos avisaron de ello en ningún momento. |

Buena relación calidad precio. Habitación muy amplia, limpia y tranquila. Buena ubicacion: cerca de autopista, tienda e hipermercado. Parking publico gratuito. |

Quiet location and pleasant view from the window.Good wide corridors and easily accessible lifts,and good choice of food at breakfast. Would have preferred separate twin beds and a shower in preference to a shower in a bath. althiugh the breakfasts were excellent I felt they were rather expensive. |

Perfect location if you're by car, friendly staff, spacious well equipped rooms, rich and highly varied breakfast, very convenient free parking infront of the hotel. Best location for shopping - just 100 m from large shopping area, close to a nice supermarket and restorants. It's a little-bit away from the Centre - it's better to rent a car. I think the only one minus is that the Wi-Fi is not free. 7 EUR per hour is too much. |

Proximity to shopping centre. Free carparking It is in need of refurbishment. Basin is cracked, shower screen leaked causing toilet and floor to get very wet. |

I liked the friendly and helpful check in staff. I lived being upgraded to a superior room when I had only paid the minimum for a economy room. I loved the breakfast. I loved the location. We were able to walk to my sister and mother's homes. We loved being able to walk across the street to shopping. |

Good rate One complaint: I extended my stay by 3 days but the receptionist did not tell me that I would not get the same rate as my initial booking. I would recommend the hotel but guests should check and confirm the rate they are paying. |

Very comfortable room,with balcony overlooking the lake. Excellent breakfast. Well designed public areas with innovative decor. Easy parking and conveniently postioned for access to den Haag and other centres. Friendly helpful staff. |

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and able to check in early. Breakfast was excellent and the new lobby chandelier is stunning! I dropped a pen and discovered a lot of dust under the bed when I was picking it up. But that was the day I was leaving, so it didn't bother me too much. I probably would have asked for it to be cleaned if I'd been staying any longer. |

used as a base to go to Scheveningen - bad smell in the room we stayed the first night. (we changed room the 2nd night); - we were charge additional 15 EUR per night for the view on the lake. Such information was not discosed anywhere. |
