The hotel is opposite the central station and has a covered and locked car parking. Can walk into the city and visit musea,canal trip, etc,...no need for car or public transport. Excellent hotel and services and friendly personal. We can really recommend it.

Traveling around Europe I have found the beds are the most uncomfortable mattresses, but I've never had such a wonderful night's sleep as I did here!!1

As always, why do hotels charge so much for breakfast? EUR16 per person is too much when we got an excellent one a few minutes walk away for half the price.

The restaurant is excellent. The food and service are very good, the rooms are great, beds are very comfortable, everything is clean.

Very clean,friendly staff and near station. Executive bedroom was good size with nice facilities. Parking charge was reduced as we were there 6 nights. Evening meal was very good with excellent service and reasonably priced.

Poor lighting in bedroom. Breakfast was an expensive extra and staff were not prepared to reduce the cost in spite of our length of stay.

The hotel is very close to the train station (a 2 min walk), but far enough away to not to hear any train noises. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Lovely breakfast with a good selection of food. Great value for money. Fast and free wifi.

Location was great, quick walk from train station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice, clean rooms. Staff was great.

Spacious, recently refurbished room. Right by train station.

The staff were great, location was only a few minutes away from the station and main shopping centre, breakfast buffet was of excellent value and the facility of free internet etc at the lobby.

We were a little bit disappointed the restaurant at the hotel was not opened on New Year's eve as there were only a few eateries opened on that night in the city centre .

Comfortable rooms. Very friendly, helpful and conscientious staff. Brilliant, flexible breakfast times over New Year; 8am-12noon!

Not enough choice of hot food at breakfast. Huge coach party queues at Reception so had to wait ages to check out.

The meat (Duck) of our evening meal was very tough. Although we were given a free drink it did not replace the thoughts of the tough meat.

It has a great location right near the train station and the room I had was newly renovated and clean, albeit small.

Breakfast was not included in the price.

Well designed room, excellent shower, pretty good breakfast, safe in room (excutive room).

Double bed is two singles put together with seperate duvets. Very comfy though.

Staff, restaurant, location

Bed not as comfotable as it might have been- tea coffee in room was not as generous a quntity as it might have been. Tw cups of tea in 24 hours isn't great!
