Freundlicher Empfang, gute Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Parkhaus Die Zimmereinrichtung vom Möbeldiskonter, die 60 cm breite Badewanne (wenn man die Brause benutzt setzt man das Badezimmer unter Wasser) und das Frühstück sind eher 3 Sterne |

Der Emfang war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück zufriedenstellend, die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe günstig, ebenso zu den Verbindungsstraßen ans Meer bzw. nach Amsterdam. Unser Zimmer war ruhig und gepflegt. Am Abreisetag konnte das Gepäck problemlos im Hotel verwahrt werden. Die Bettdecken bestanden aus Wolldecken, die in Laken eingeschlagen waren. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer (Nr. 12) war trist. Der koffeinfreíe Kaffee schmeckte mir überhaupt nicht. |

Sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und man ist im Zentrum mit vielen Geschäften und netten Restaurants/Cafés. Als wir die Betten auseinanderrückten, kam eine leere Getränkepackung zum Vorschein, die auf dem Boden lag. Dies lässt uns doch etwas an der Gründlichkeit der Reinigung zweifeln. Momentan gibt es eine Riesenbaustelle direkt vor der Tür, und das unmittelbare Umfeld ist auch nicht gerade gehoben. |

everyone was sp helpful, and the hotel is perfectly placed for the town the seaside is only 10 mins drive and the bus station accross the road.The breakfast is also delicious. We thought the receptionist who was very sweet did not enough of what was around her, like nice retaurants to eat and information, because we got food poisoning from a restaurant in town but she did not seem to know who you would report this to, like a trading standards we have in the U.K. |

Central location, short waking distance to train station. Despite that, did not suffer from excessive noise. Nice, clean hotel, and reasonably large room. Breakfast well beyond the required minimum. A refrigerator in the room might have been nice. |

Nice clean rooms and facilities. Right next to train station and bus terminal. Easy to get to Amsterdam and Schipol International Airport. Only a 5 minute walk to the market square of Haarlem. |

It was in an extremely convenient location, the breakfasts were delicious, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was not cramped and small. Plus the staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly. I wish the shower had a shower curtain, because the difficulty of keeping water from splattering all over the floor detracted from the enjoyment of taking a shower. |

Close to the station and easy to get to the centre of Haarlem. I will definately use it again. Buses and Taxis can be found right outside the hotel. Given location I would have expected the hotel to be noisey but I found it quiet and I got a good undisturbed sleep. I arrived early and the staff were very helpful in swapping my allocated room for one that was available immediately. |

Peaceful and near to the city and rail /bus station. Outside the hotel construction work is ongoing fro which hotel is not responsible. |

This location was perfect for the Nederlands feel. Located near the town shops. Near the huge church, I would have loved to see, but was closed. Near the view of the canals. Could walk down the many streets that showed all the very well preserved buildings. Reception was first class with an abundance of genuine friendliness. Food was great, too. |

The room was cosy and nicely furnished, the bed comfy and the breakfast tasty. Also, the location is perfect for strolls into the centre of Haarlem or trips to Amsterdam, Keukenhof and the sea. The only thing which wasn't perfect was a bit of noise from the street in the morning as we like to sleep with the window open. However, it didn't really disturb us. During the night it was all quiet and we slept well. |
