Very good price/quality. Had a nice dinner. Staff is very friendly. The computer at the lobby is protected (firewalled) so hard that even booking a new hotel was not possible... hotel staff please have a look!!! |

We requested something for a child & everything is well done! Very friendly staff, beautiful location, clean room & good breakfast. Interior is a bit outdated but okay. We're very satisfied for the price we paid! |

Position, room measures, terrace (and service in the restaurant) there was no minibar, the coffee and tea equipment was very poor and filthy.Hotelservice was rather unprofessional and indifferent. Cleaningequipe came into my room at 9.10 a.m., as I was under the shower... |

It appeared thay 11 people of the staff were fired the day of my arrival. This resulted in unprofessional "students" handling the restaurant and causing chaos. At breakfast, a whole team (externally hired, speaking Polish or so) was still cleaning the breakfastroom and lobby. This is not how you want to start your day! Furthermore is the air conditioning in the rooms not working at all. At temperatures of 30 deg.C outside during the day, this is not resulting in a nice environment to sleep in. I hav stayed several times at this hotel and have seen the service declining. At the roomrates they would like to get 160 EU for a single room!! the standard should eb much higher. Booking.com should check the Golden Tulip chain offerings they have: as this hotel chain is close to bankrupcy, they are cutting down on service. Not only here. |

In winter time as we know it now, the heating in the room and especially in the bath room is not sufficient to have a comfortable temperature. Furthermore, heating was switched off. |

Ottima posizione a solo 20 minuti in automobile da Amsterdam. Bellissima veranda e terrazza rivolta verso il canale. Molto tranquillo, si riposa benissimo. Colazione generosa. Cordialita' dello staff. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Frigo bar chiuso non utilizzabile. La cucina in camera non era attiva e il frigorifero era stato lasciato sporco. |

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Men wist wie we waren, wat we op bookingsformulier erbij gezet hadden etc. Zeer goed ontbijtbuffet met prachtig uitzicht over het water. Alles vers en zonder teveel verpakkingen (dus jam enz. in schaaltjes ipv plastic cupjes. Wel inclusief kamer nemen anders erg duur. Zelfde commentaar als eerdere gasten. Lawaaiige airco op kamers, oubollig,erg warm,zeer zwaar dekbed, bad/douche zonder mengkraan, geen fohn. Pand is smaakvol gerestyled maar overal bladdert de verf eraf, zijn tafels kapot enz. Goed groot onderhoud dringend nodig. |

Großzügige luxuriöse Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Loodsrechter Plassen, freundlicher Empfang von einer sehr netten Dame, die mir sogar Sprachunterricht gab - ich bemühe mich, wieder niederländich zu lernen. Am 8.November herrlicher warmer Sonnenschein auf der großen Terrasse nach einem sehr guten Frühstück. Welche Hexe hat dann am Spätnachmittag die Sonne ausgeschaltet und die Wolkendecke vorgezogen? Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder. |

behulpzaamheid receptie, de kamer was groot en redelijk compleet ingericht. prijs kwaliteit verhouding was uitstekend (aanbieding van 49 euro) kamers waren wel oud en keukentje op kamer was heel oud en werkte niet (kookplaten, ijskastje) dit zou ik dan gewoon verwijderen. |
