It appeared thay 11 people of the staff were fired the day of my arrival. This resulted in unprofessional "students" handling the restaurant and causing chaos. At breakfast, a whole team (externally hired, speaking Polish or so) was still cleaning the breakfastroom and lobby. This is not how you want to start your day! Furthermore is the air conditioning in the rooms not working at all. At temperatures of 30 deg.C outside during the day, this is not resulting in a nice environment to sleep in. I hav stayed several times at this hotel and have seen the service declining. At the roomrates they would like to get 160 EU for a single room!! the standard should eb much higher. Booking.com should check the Golden Tulip chain offerings they have: as this hotel chain is close to bankrupcy, they are cutting down on service. Not only here. |

In winter time as we know it now, the heating in the room and especially in the bath room is not sufficient to have a comfortable temperature. Furthermore, heating was switched off. |

The spaciousness of the room, the quality of the beds and an airconditioning system that really worked well. The television sets could be bigger (maybe flatscreens on the walls would be an idea?) and it would be appreciated if the tea & coffee supply next to the electric kettle in the room could be topped up on a daily basis. |

Location was very nice. Service was very bad! Food was bad and very expensive (Fruhstück 17,50 € and not good) No airconditioning in the hotelroom.(very warm even when the temperature outside was not so high) |

Ambiance, pianist singer. Taxi ordered at reception , had no meter and charged 43 euro's just to get to Naarden. Almost twice as much as when I came. Large training conference ruined atmosphere. |

Wij haden een aanbieding waardoor het voor ons een aantrekkelijke prijs was, het ontbijt was erbij inbegrepen. Het hotel heeft een mooie ligging aan het water, vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was als je het apart moest betalen 17,50 dit vinden wij erg duur. Het ontbijt buffet was goed maar niet zo uitgebreid dat het deze prijs waard is. |

Lieu tres agreable et calme , bord de lac , superbe ,personnel agréable ,restaurant agréable Sdb inexploitable avec mauvaises odeurs ! les lits etaient des lits simples et non un lit double comme demandé le lit d'appoint a été très difficile à obtenir alors qu'il était dans la réservation . |

Gebuchten Zimmer mit Meerblick (1.Etage) erst nach Reklamation erhalten. Die Zimmer für 80 € (3.Etage) waren nur schrecklich. |

Le rapport TARIF/PRESTATION est tout à fait convenable.La situation est agréable , le village est sympathique .Un petit coin pour passer un WE tranquille. Un petit rafraichissement des kitchinettes ne nuiraient pas. |

ruime kamer. Op zondag was er een erg aardige receptioniste. Klantvriendelijk. Ook in het restaurant was de bediening erg aardig. Bij aankomst was de receptionist niet echt enthousiast om iets over de omgeving te vertellen. Hij kwam immers niet uit Loosdrecht. In de badkamer was er veel kalkaanslag rond het bad. De douchekop was wit en de bediening van de douche/bad werkte niet goed door kalk. |

La vue depuis les chambres donnant sur le lac est magnifique. Les chambres sont très spacieuses! De plus l'hotel est très bien situé, entre Utrecht et Amsterdam, la région est magnifique. Et le parking est gratuit. Petit-déjeuner trop cher et le soir au restaurant beaucoup de plats n'étaient pas disponibles (mais il y a aussi de très bons restaurants bon marché aux alentours, notamment à breukelen), sinon le reste est très bien. |
