Room was not clean. Bathroom had only a combined bath/shower, which was also not clean. I had a little injury and bleeded, so the sheets were dirty. The sheets were not changed. The socalled flatscreen was a 30-year old very small tv. With dinner I ordered orange juice. They called it fresh orange juice and was charged at € 4,50 a glass, although it was nothing more than very cheap orange juice and tasted like crap. First I was happy that I could leave for home again.

Staff was absolutely great: very polite and friendly. Location was good, next to the Loosdrechtse plassen. Very good value for money. Additional costs of the parking, supply of fresh products offered for breakfast stopped quite some time before the final moment it was allowed to have breakfast.

Spacious room, lake view, nice food at the restaurant, clean hotel, parking. Noise from the restaurant till midnight and then cleaning of the restaurant. Seems like there is too many corporative parties in this hotel, they forget about travelers. Staff is not helpful, not ready to solve problems. No discount and no sorry for inconvenience! No tee or minibar at rooms, many noise from corridor. Old furniture. During the breakfast staff was too late to add more food, we had to say them that half of trays were empty, no one care. The most expensive hotel where we stayed during our trip and the worst.

We hebben echt heel slecht weer gehad, daarom hebben wij niet van de natuur en de plassen kunnen genieten , waar wij eigenlijk voor kwamen ! We zijn geschrokken van Loosdrecht , het is echt een afgebrand dorp in de greep van projectontwikkelaars ! Diep droevig !!! Echter dit Hotel is Top !!!!

Ligging aan het water, prachtig uitzicht op de plassen. Ruime kamers. Prijs kwaliteit was goed. Leuk personeel, mooie lobby. De overtrek op de matrassen lag er losjes bij en de tv was wel erg klein.

Prima lokatie aan het water, prettige atmosfeer! Fijn dat we 2 kamers naast elkaar konden reserveren, jammer dat de tussendeur niet beschikbaar was. (geen sleutels meer..) Onze 3 kinderen tot 8 jaar sliepen dus even echt alleen.

De ontvangst was prima, de kamer was goed, schoon en ruim, het personeel was vriendelijk. Wat tegen viel was dat er geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer waren. Wij kwamen laat aan, de bar was al dicht. Gelukking kon de nachtportier nog wat regelen.

mooie ruime kamers ook mooi schoon en luxe jammer dat er remsporen in het toilet zaten toen we aan kwamen en dat er geen borstel aanwezig was om het toilet schoon te maken dit gemeld bij de receptie maar wij kwamen snachts terug en nog geen borsten enz

Logies/ontbijt is prima Dat er geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer zijn. Is prettig als bar en restaurant gesloten zijn en er geen alternatief geboden wordt....kleine moeite, groot plezier...

Ruime kamer, gratis internet. Betalen voor parkeren blijft ergernis, kamer veel te koud bij aankomst (verwarming staat uit, schijnt beleid te zijn!) en is daarna slecht op temperatuur te krijgen, versleten bureaustoel. Ontbijt karig.

Ruime afgesloten parking. Bovendien gratis mogen parkeren. Zeer ruime en stille kamer. Gratis goed functionerend Wifi. Ontbijt met voldoende keuze in rustige ontbijtzaal met mooi uitzicht (ondanks de dichte mist).

Ruime kamer, met een prima ontvangst. In de ochtend ook een kopje koffie in mijn hotelkamer vanuit het ontbijt meegnomen. Was geen enkel probleem. Prima bediening en servivce. Niet echt tegen maar ik vond de kamer wat onpersoonlijk. Iets meer warme aankleding.
