Nice and clean spacious rooms, friendly and supportive staff, great restaurant in the hotel. Totally worth spending money.

Only downside of my room was the balcony exits onto the restaurant terrace. With curtains open not much privacy.

We took the cheapest lake view room. The room was surprisingly spacious, bright and very clean, with a powerful shower and very comfortable bed. We stayed during a very cold but sunny spell, and we were still able to enjoy the small balcony as it provided a wind shelter/sun trap.

I called hotel before 6 pm to inform them due to delay I will arrive some times after 9pm. Up on my arrival it was night and I parked in a place which was a lot of space for other cars, actually there was only 2 cars there all around the Hotel, maybe I was the only gust in this Hotel. Up on check in about 9:30 after identifying my self and giving my credit card, 1- I asked what is my room’s phone number incase my family wants to call me, she said there is no phone connection in room feel free to call from reception any time you want, so no phone connection in the room. 2- 2- Then I asked for something to eat, they had nothing to eat. I had to go for many miles in order to find restaurant to eat. 3- Next morning about 8:30 am it tock about 15 minutes to find someone at Frond desk/ reception, 4- I asked where can I get a coffee, up on advise of frond desk I went to only place available, the breakfast room. 5- When I asked for a coffee, he wanted cash payment, I showed him that I have only $, I ask to put it in my room’s account, he said its not possible and only cash in Euro. After more then half an hour waiting and struggling they agreed to give me a coffee using my account, I just wanted to get out of there. 6- Considering an hour ago I called from my room to ask for a new towel but it was no answer and one and around 7- Up on check out they charged me $15 (10,30 Euro) extras for parking my car and one small coffee without any apology for all those inconveniences.

Nice hotel at excelent surroundings of Holland small city. Very good and relaxing location, especially in the summer time. Price/quality ratio-very competitive. Good hotel to stay in.

They charged me my credit card when I arrived-200 EUR while the costs of my accomodation was just 120 EUR. This was to secure my stay as I was told. They charged again my credit card when I departed. The amount of 200 EUR was released back into my account after one week! I hate it!

Rooms are very big and comfortable. There is free wi-fi working very good (at least in my room)

The location was good, the room was spacious and the view was lovely.

The house keeping was a bit slap dash...the room did not seem to be very well cleaned. Also the parking is very expensive and should really be free as there were no public parking facilities nearby.

7,50 for Parking, you got to be kidding, the prices in the restaurant are exuberant, but that is all over Holland, they have been ripping people of for years in restaurants.

It is a perfect place to stay and enjoy the nature. Moreover, the lake is just nearby! We were lucky to have a room with the view! I really recommend!

Very well situated in relation to our arrival (airport) visit to friends and acquaintances.

Beautiful location on the lakes. Attractive terrace overlooking the lake. We had breakfast and lunch which were both freshly prepared and very good.

Very busy at the weekend -the coffee and tea at the breakfast buffet kept running out. The fridge was out of order in all of the rooms, but you can put things into the hotel fridges downstairs. We travelled with my elderly mother, aged 90, who was unable to see into the mirror in the bathroom, which was too high; she didn't have the strength to activate the soap dispenser and couldn't reach the towel on the rack.

the location was AMAZING!, we were lucky to have a room upstairs and facing the lake, with a balcony. downstairs at front would not have been so good, as it was, we were thrilled - an excellent hotel location

Location on the water is lovely. Every one was very helpful to us when they found we had a problem with the language & went out of their way to be helpful, especially the Portuguese lady waitress in the restaurant in the evenings, she is great.

The cup I used on arrival, sat there dirty until we left 4 days later! The complimentary creamers were not replenished & we had to beg some from the waitress in the restaurant.
