Location close to Keukenhof gardens, good food, friendly staff.

It needs a refurbishment for sure if they want to keep the current 4 star rating.

The staff at the reception were outstanding and very helpful. The room we stayed in was great and had a nice sitting area, a separate toilet with a very nice shower and separate tub.

There was some running water noise frequently next to our room and the sound proofing in the rooms could be better.

Location, close to keukenhof. Take out breakfast, I was only expecting a sandwich and a drink and maybe a fruit but we got 3 sandwiches, a donut, a coke and a juice, candy bar, apple, orange and yogurt each. We were pretty happy to bring our packed breakfast to the garden that morning. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was pretty good, better than some of the 5 star restaurants I've been too and I've been to Asia, us and Europe. Free parking! You don't see that a lot here in Europe, but because it wasn't in a big city that's probably why.

I specifically requested for a double bed but a got 2 twin beds for me and my husband, I even got an email stating that they have an available room with a standard double bed for us. The room wasn't clean, next time we travel we are bringing our own towels just in case something like this happens (hopefully not!) I didn't feel right sleeping on the bed coz it makes me paranoid coz of how dirty it was in the room. We can hear either the other room's shower or when they turn their water on, it was very loud! The hotel needs a major renovation and upgrades. You can tell it is not well maintained, we played pool and even the triangle was broken... That's how bad it was. All in all I just wanted to see the keukenhof garden that's why we picked this place. Next time we will stay in Amsterdam or somewhere else better. Oh and when we checked in we made sure to tell the lady at the reception that we wanted a packed lunch coz we are leaving early, she even wrote it down but the next morning the other lady told us that they were not informed about the packed breakfast, but we paid for it so they prepared it on the spot. The sad thing was it wasn't even busy when we checked in.

Very close to Keukenhof, and the location is great for cycling the tulip fields. Bus stop just across the road for buses to Amsterdam and Leiden.

Rooms were small. Twin beds were placed side by side with no gaps. the bed drawers were fixed so beds can't be moved further apart. Expensive but nice buffet breakfast, dinner was horrible. Waited 30mins just to order, another 20mins for the waiter to tell us he forgot the drinks order and asked us what we were drinking again. Food was good but expensive compared with nice restaurants in Lisse township.

Keukenhof Express bus is direct Airport/Keukenhof only. No shops/restaurants in local area although there is a McDonald's within 10 min walk.

The breakfast wasn't as great as we were hoping and there was not much left when we came to eat at 9am.

The location is excellent for Keukenhof flower festival and the evening restaurant food was good although lacking in variety for a one week stay.

Dusty room and bedding caused itchyness and rash on both of us. I suspect detergent not rinsed out fully. The air con also seemed to need a clean out. The breakfast was a disappointment and we were treated rudely by one breakfast waiter. I would recommend that the rooms are dusted out at least once a week and the breakfast menu includes American or English cooked breakfast. The evening menu could be a lot more varied to keep guests staying more than a couple of days interested.

Good location, near Keukenhof, a large plant of flowers in front of the hotel. Good staff, e-mail before we arrive for further information. Good facilities, my baby liked the swimming pool. Specific welcome on the computer which is quite sweet.

The reception staff very helpful. Position of the hotel for getting about on transport very good.Nice pool but could do with some showering facilities. Nice bar and decking to sit out on in fine weather. Nice sauna.

Breakfast very poor bacon cold could do with a better fruit salad some crockery and glasses not clean. Rooms need decorating first room we had129 marks on walls and carpets and stained pillows but was able to change with no trouble to 133 better but not dusted properly, hair dryer needs to be nearer mirror.

Freindy staff, comfortable rooms, good resteraunt if traditional. Close to Keukenhof Gardens and Lisse, easy bus access via Schipol to Amsterdam Great place to use to see the bulbfields from Would happily recomend as a comfortable easy to use hotel

Stayed only to sleep but still had a quick swim in the indoor pool (open till 11pm)

Very bad staff at the breakfast, unfriendly bad english and had to go myself to get a baby chair to the other side of the hotel.

Ok, hotell. Not new we can see. The hotell have some relaxing thing as swimingpool and sauna. Not nise with many workpeapel at the backside.
