The service of the staff at reception was very good. Bike rental is comfortable since you can do it at the hotel. Food at the restaurant was good. Very thin stream of water coming out of the shower head! |

Situated conveniently between Nes and the beach. They did not clean the rooms properly, no cleaning of sheets for 5 days etc. Breakfast was poor and not tasty. |

Geweldig hotel, goede ligging t.o.v. strand en Nes en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Warm water onder de douche was van korte duur. Niet geaarde spotjes in de badkamer. |

Het personeel was bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam, De kamer was prima, er is goed naar onze specifieke wensen gekeken. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd, zelfs toen het hotel helemaal was volgeboekt. |

gastvrijheid en de wijze waarop je door het personeel te woord werd gestaan was prima. Verder was de kamer schoon en het ontbijt meer dan prima. Bij de fietsenverhuur konden we de fietsen vinden in een fietsenhok maar...meer dan de helft van de fietsen stonden gewoon buiten. Dus dat was wel een speurtocht. Als je bij een hotel fietsen huurt kan ik mij voorstellen dat die dan voor je worden klaargezet... |

De sfeer in het hotel door de gastvrije en losse benadering door het personeel. Het zeer goede ontbijtbuffet. Het zwembad. Kortom een uitstekende ambiance. 6 dagen op Ameland geweest. Steeds ergens anders gedineerd. 1x bij Golden Tulip. Diner teveel nouvelle cuisine. Mooi van opmaak maar weinig eten in tegenstelling tot de andere diners in restaurants op ameland. Door het fietsen en wandelen zeer de behoefte om gewoon lekker te dineren. De goede hap, zeg maar. |
