The staff was very friendly and flexible. I asked for some extra time on Sunday. We had to check out at 11h.00 but were allowed to do this at 15h.00. The room was clean and well equiped. The room needed a hanger to put you wet touwels on and a coat hanger in the hall. The swimming pool was a nice to have but needed cleaning and a facelift |

The location is perfect: close to town, close to the dunes and beach. It was comfortable and clean. We had a familyroom with kitchenette, but unfortunately the hood over the small stove did not work and there was no proper light in the kitchenette.The sauna is nice, but there is no space for relaxation between rounds and the pool has too few chairs to accommodate people for that purpose. |

Well placed with good facilities. Breakfast was fresh and there was an abundance of food considering the sheer number of people at the buffet. |

The hotel was a bit noisy (wall material, thin walls?) and there were no wall sockets to put you phone adapter in, in the bedroom. |

Served the purpose for my booking, staff very helpful, as allready mentioned, only thing missing was a mini bar in the room, but room service was adequate. |

The service of the staff at reception was very good. Bike rental is comfortable since you can do it at the hotel. Food at the restaurant was good. Very thin stream of water coming out of the shower head! |

De ligging van het hotel en de ruime kamer, een suite. We hadden gedacht 2 aparte bedden te hebben, maar het waren 2 matrassen op 1 bodem. We hebben begrepen dat we een volgende keer om kamer 130 of 230 moeten vragen. De receptioniste heeft, heel attent, er voor gezorgd dat we die kamer konden zien. |

prettige ontvangst, verzorgd ontbijt, fijne lokatie, goede zitgelegenheid voor de avond, overdekte stalling voor onze fietsen. slechte toegang naar de fietsenstalling: rul zandpad.bovendien pikdonker! altijd verse koffiemelk, maar niet bij het ontbijt! |

Vom Schwimmbad geht kein Lift direkt zu den Etagen mit den Zimmern. Man muss durch die Lobby gehen. |

De accomodatie en de vriendlijkheid van het personeel. Ik heb 1 avond in het hotel gedineerd en het eten was uitermate slecht! De geur van een gerecht was erg onpasselijk (het was een gerecht met ossenhaas) en de groente (witlof) was zo goed als rauw. Ik heb dit terug gegeven aan de ober. Volgens de kok moest je ervan houden. Nu ben ik zelf geen slechte keukenprinses en weet echt wel hoe je witlof bereiden moet, maar dit was echt niet te eten. Was erg teleurgesteld dat toch het volle pond berekend werd. Jammer! |

Heel behulpzaam personeel, goed verzorgd hotel. bij het zwembad is het aan te bevelen om daar ook bijvoorbeeld een tweetal kleedhokjes te hebben. Nu is het zo dat men zich bij de douches om kleed, dat vindt niet iedereen prettig. Daarbij is het in die ruimte nogal krap. Dus een verbeterpunt. |

Goed bemeten familiekamer, goede locatie - vlakbij levendig dorpje en toch in de natuur -, basic faciliteiten, maar alles was er, zeer vriendelijk personeel, je voelt je als klant koning. Restaurant was een klasse te hoog voor een familiemaaltijd; wel een kindermenu, maar niet echt iets voor kinderen die dat ontgroeid zijn. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld. Het appartement was niet echt schoon, serviesgoed niet schoon en overal stof, leek alsof het lang onbewoond was geweest. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding ontbijt a 13,50 pp niet goed. Veel te duur voor wat je kreeg |

Angenehm ruhig,zentrale Lage,Zimmer geräumig, Personal am check in point freundlich, kostenloser Internetzugang in der Lobby. Unsauberkeit der Zimmer, frische Handtücher stellenweise mit Flecken, keine WC-Bürste vorhanden, Frühstück reichhaltig, aber ohne Abwechslung, geringes Angebot für Vegetarier, Wellnessbereich ungepflegt und heruntergekommen, keine Atmosphäre. Bestenfalls 2 Sterne wert. |

Mooie locatie, ruime kamer (suite) met groot balkon. Fietsen worden door het hotel verhuurd, wat erg praktisch is. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden zijn te klein, grote kuil in het matras en keihard. De matrassen in onze kamer waren echt aan vervanging toe. Er komt erg weinig warm water uit de douche (slap straaltje). |

Leuke, lichte kamer aan rustige binnentuin. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en diner. Hoewel vermeld stond in de hotelinformatie dat de kamer iedere dag zou worden schoongemaakt, werden kamer, badkamer en w.c. niet iedere dag gestofzuigd. Gevolg: vlokken stof op w.c.- vloer. Dit deed afbruik aan het positieve beeld wat wij van het hotel hadden. |

Ameland is heerlijk!! Op de eindrekening komen er nog allerlei kosten bij, die vooraf niet via booking.com bekend waren. zoals eindschoonmaakkosten 35,- in een hotel?? Verder prima. |
