Friendly staff - helpful at all times plus ideal location. Would recommend hotel for those reasons. Paying such very high rates for child in the room. Additional breakfast fee for a child was not indicted when booking.Use of sauna was an additional cost - also not mentioned. Therefore difficult to recommend on value for money terms. Restaurant food was good but had better for the money. Service was very good, Friendly and helpful. |

The hotel is very difficult to find. The SatNav said we had arrived about 1 kilometre away but there were very unclear signs to indicate the location. |

Service is excellent in the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant is of very high class. Beautifull nature around the hotel Too many posters and advertizing in the lobby. Now it looks more like a shopping area |

Very relaxing environment. Fantastic for cycling - we were particularly lucky with the weather. Cycling maps available at te reception. It was a bit too obvious that the Restaurant personnel had a mission to increase the turnover.. |

Very good staff with high class and friendly service. Excellent restaurant and breakfast - perfect environment,ideal for a walk in the forest and with a play ground 20 meters away also very nice for childeren. I have travelled a lot from developing countries to business trips and can really recommed it! P.S. I gave my wife a Spa treatement which was also excellen |

Het is een mooi, schoon en prachtig gelegen hotel. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, de service is uitstekend. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen en vonden dat niet echt duur. We hebben veel gezwommen en zijn nog in de sauna geweest, het was allemaal heerlijk. Dit is een hotel waar je echt tot rust kunt komen. De vloer bij de sauna is spekglad als ie nat wordt; erg link! |

Personeel was erg behulpzaam en de sfeer was relaxed en luxe. Had wel verwacht dat er airco zou zijn in dit hotel. Miste dat in dit seizoen niet echt, maar miste doordat het raam 's nachts open moest om te slapen wel horren! Het moet wel het een of het ander zijn. Zaten veel muggen en heb daar heel slecht van geslapen. Ik vind dit laatste een heel belangrijk item. Hoorde ook heel vroeg al lawaai in de vorm van het verschuiven van tafels en stoelen. Dus nachtrust was moeilijk. |

een prima hotel, de ontvangst aan de balie, het personeel in de bar en restaurant heel vriendelijk en vakkundig. Het eten was prima, niets op aan te merken.Wij zijn best wel wat gewend, maar wij komen terug. De gastenbeoordelingen van volgende vraag heb ik niet bekeken. |

Ligging is fantastisch; Rust en ontspanning kan je hier zeker vinden.Mooie wandelingen kan men maken;Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk; De kamers zijn ruim. Het was nogal warm op de kamers. Misschien een laken alleen voor sommige mensen zou aan te raden zijn.. |

Prima ontvangst bij aankomst, mooie omgeving midden in Oranjewoud en vlak bij museum voor moderne kunst "Belvedere". Lekker en goed gepresenteerd drie gangen menu. Dichtbij winkel-centrum Heereveen. Uitstekende attente directeur van het Hotel. |

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und die angenehme Ruhe im Hotel, obwohl es an diesem Wochenende ausgebucht war. Das Frühstücksbuffet weil es sehr abwechlungsreich ist und für jeden Geschmack etwas bietet auch frisch zubereitete Produkte. Das Badezimmer könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und bedarf einer kleinen Renovierung z.B. Duschköpfe und Fugen. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de ruime, gezellig ingerichte kamer met terras, het zwembad met whirlpool, microwave en zakjes koffie-thee-suiker die werden aangevuld. Zeer mooie en rustige ligging in het groen. De prijzen in het restaurant ! Véél te duur. Héél lekker eten maar minimale porties. Geen vaste chef : zelfde gerechten 2 X totaal anders geserveerd. De 2de dag 50 min. wachten op eerste gerecht dat dan bijna koud werd opgediend en dezelfde desserts van een mindere kwaliteit dan op dag 1. Vrij beperkte kaart. |
