Location in countryside but near Nijmegen and artwork in hotel

Lekker onpersoonlijk.

Het ziet er van buiten en binnen uit als een bejaardentehuis. Er is nog geprobeerd het van binnen wat op te kalefateren. Het zwembad stelt weinig voor en is sterk verouderd.

I feel that some parts of the hotel are a little bit oldfashioned and could be improved. A separate dressroom for the swimmingpool would be a improvement.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

the quite surrounding, beautiful garden

As per a previous posting, this is a top class international hotel set in spacious grounds, generous rooms and all mod-cons. Splendid breakfast.

Oops, we stayed on a Sunday again (see previous post). Only a no-choice dinner run by skeleton staff. Reception tried to put a different spin on this by offering a "surprise" menu - "I can't tell you what it will be" she announced cheerily. Like I'm going to sport a whole pile of euros on a meal that I don't even know if I'd eat. She wouldn't accept my "I can't tell you if I'll pay for it" offer so we declined. At least McDonalds has a wide choice and an illustrated menu.

This is a beautiful hotel set in extensive grounds. The room size and quality easily matches its claims to offer international standards. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and included several hot dishes in addition to a wide selection of traditional continental breakfast items. All this at a price that makes smaller hotels look overpriced. Best value for money on our trip.

The hotel boasts of its French Restaurant without mentioning that it has only has a skeleton service on Sundays (our stay day). It was not explained when we checked in that, if we didn't reserve a table then and there, it would be impossible to dine at the hotel. A very few tables were in use and there was only a set menu and the best description we could get was it was either meat or fish! Doh!!! The suggestion of the Maitre d' was that there was a restaurant at 2km walk in the rain. All this in a hotel with 339 rooms! Don't even consider it on a Sunday unless you dine first or bring food in with you. Utterly unacceptable for a hotel with such pretensions.

Very nice location and view of nature

De correcte afspraken,het verblijf, de maaltijden, het lokaal voor quiz. De wandelomgeving is uniek! Nijmegen is mooi!

De wandelpaden zijn slecht bewegwijzerd. Misschien eens navragen bij de organisatoren.

Ligging + ruime kamer.

Douche boven bad.

Ligging van het hotel; ruimte van de kamer; verhouding prijs kwaliteit; kwaliteit receptie en ander personeel. Goede huurfietsen. ( ook nodig bij dit deel van Nederland... )

Staat en inrichting van de kamer; nogal sleets en spartaans.

Klantvriendelijk behulpzaam met het opnieuw installeren bij internet

Wij veblijven vrij veel in hotels maar bij dit hotel zijn geen handdoeken bij het zwembad aanwezig en de kamers waren slecht onderhouden bij mij heeft er 2 dagen een laken met een grote vlek in gezeten De internet verbinding is werkelijk een ramp. Als je buiten bent geweest moet je bij de reseptie weer een nieuwe inlogcode halen echt belachelijk voor een **** hotel

Vooral de open en vriendelijke houding van uw personeel,wat je ook vroeg er werd direct positief gereageerd ook vaak met even een een algemeen praatje.

Dat de dagen zo gauw weer om waren.

Royale kamer, zag er schoon uit, geen geluidsoverlast, prima accomodatie.

Bij ons is een autoruit vernield, na de melding bij de receptie komt als eerste opmerking van het personeel,dat wij iets moeten ondernemen en zij niet. Een andere benadering komt prettiger over. Cameratoezicht is een lachertje,beelden gebeurt niets mee. Bewaking in de vorm van honden zou meer zoden aan de dijk zetten.

War so alles o.k.

Leider hatte das sehr gute Restaurant am Sonntag nur eine Standardspeisekarte mit 2 Gerichten.

Comfortabel hotel van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Goede bedden.

Internet slechts 24-uur gratis. Wat te weinig capaciteit in ontbijtzaal. Erg zuinig met (bad)handdoeken
