The design of hotel is very surprising. Living in a boat in a city harbour like Rotterdam, nice choice,huh?

The facility in the room is just fair for a 3-star hotel. But thinking of the boat hotel, let's forget it, haha. :)

Beautiful building on the water, we had a lovely room with a terrace, so that was ideal. Bathroom was nice, the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Our room did not have a lot of light, that's the only thing I can think of.

The location was excellent the people and staff brilliant, spent News years eve here and had a great time. Highly recommend want to go back in the summer.

We spent new years eve at H2otel and we had a blast. H2otel is very well located and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Great location in city center of Rotterdam. Staff very friendly & helpful. Nice concept, comfortable room with brand new bathroom (shower) and with a terrace (shared with another room). We could even enjoy the breakfast buffet for free and a late check-out (normally 11 am) as it was 1st of January, 2013.

Warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere.

Very friendly staff; excellent breakfast and extremely good location. It was my first experience to spent night on the boat, so it was worth money paid! My recommendations to all visiting the city of Rotterdam.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The quirky feel of the boat, the themed rooms, the absolutely amazing staff that will bend over backwards for you. The bar area is just as great as the rooms. It has free wifi and again amazing staff to chat the night away with. I couldn't have been happier with this place. It's a must and would be even better in the summer season with the terraces and picnic boats. Great value for money and me and my boyfriend fell in love with the place. X

A lovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located 5 miniutes walk from Blaak metro and train station (one of the central stations, with funny Cube Houses next to it). Was lucky to use free Wi-Fi in my room - it was next to the reception, the one with a small terrace, but anyway, if not for it, paid Internet in the rooms is provided for only 7 euro over the whole stay. The breakfast was cheap (about 9 euro, if I remember it correctly) and was included in the room price. On the last day, when I was leaving early and couldn't have breakfast in the hotel, they packed a nice picnic lunch for me.

Air vent in my bathroom wasn't great, but tolerable, all in all. Was misled by 9292.nl (a public transport information site), and my fist time in Rotterdam took Tram 21 from the Central Station. I thought it would bring me very close to the hotel, but the tram temporary didn't stop at Blaak (not the hotel's fault, of course:)), so I used the metro ever since. And, yes, the construction noise early in the morning mentioned by others is still there. I wasn't much bothered by it, though.

The only thing wrong with our stay was we booked a double room and ended up with a twin room, also there is a lot of building work noise early in the morning but that was not the hotels fault

Very particular experience sleeping on a house boat The room wasn't very big but pretty...we had also a private terrace on the canal the hotel is in a good position near the centre and very close to the famous cube house the hotel has also a private parking

We didn't have breakfast there because it was too expensive..

Moored on a peaceful port close to the city center and the Maas. Lovely bar/breakfast ponton on the Wijnhaven.

road works near the hotel but the hotel can't change that, (although theroretically since this is a floating boat it would be moveable)

Amazing experience ;) To sleep on a boat, why not when it's made so comfortable and smart.

I was very pleased with my stay at this unusual hotel. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable, especially the bed, breakfast was good and the barman was very welcoming and helpful. My only quiblle is that I could not open the window but nevertheless ventilation in the room was quite ok. I would stay here again.

Something special to sleep on a ship. Room was of a good size. Nei8ghbourhood is peaceful. Walking distance to city centre.

Parking is an issue and very expensive, in the street (whole day untill 11pm) and not easy to pay as some park meters needed a special card. Hotel was not forthcoming with the solution of own reserved spots in a covered parking. Needed to read in the room guide book to get to know about this possibility. Not well insulated. Seagul landing on the roof can be heard easily. Breakfast is included in the room rate on week-ends but the info was not communicated when we checked in. Only the young lady at the reception told us the next day.
