I loved the fact it was floating by the quayside & that I had a "porthole" looking out onto the harbour. The staff were very helpful, courteous and polite. The bed was comfortable, & the shower good. |

The location is so great! I had an amazing room with a terrace that overlooked to the Parizian bridge and it felt like being on a ship. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the bed so comphy i did not want to get out of it. |

Fantastic location in the center of Rotterdam, great staff, unique design, comfortable bed, and wonderful bar looking out on the canal--literally at water level. No. I hope to have a chance to stay there again. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. Easy walk to the harbours, shopping centre, market, station and bars / restaurants. Room very clean and comfortable and quirky. Handy little downstairs bar, with a small decking area outside was lovely. Would definately use again for a short break. |

Absolutely fantastic. I will never ever stay anywhere else in Rotterdam. It is different, quaint, superbly relaxing and well placed. The staff were all great. The bar with a floating outside deck is a superb place to relax. And the room was small but clean, comfortable and very quiet. |

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful at all times. The location is great & very central to Rotterdam, with some great bars & restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is also quite trendy & makes a refreshing change to 'normal' city hotels. |

the concept being there with my love and a horrible bed. It sucked.ASK FOR DOUBLE BED AND VIEW! But it is a great hotel! Just make sure you get the right bed if you are in love. And pay the parking fee! I got busted. Basic? GREAT HOTEL, NICE PEOPLE, GREAT CONCEPT. WE LOVED IN IT AND WE LOVE IT! |

The staff is very friendly and the hotel management is always present, personally making sure that every guest has a good time. The location is very close to nice restaurants and bars, but also the hotel bar/restaurant has a very nice entourage. All rooms have different art-themes which is a very much welcomed difference compared to all those standard hotelrooms I normally book. |
