The staff were extremely friendly & helpful at all times. The location is great & very central to Rotterdam, with some great bars & restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is also quite trendy & makes a refreshing change to 'normal' city hotels. |

the concept being there with my love and a horrible bed. It sucked.ASK FOR DOUBLE BED AND VIEW! But it is a great hotel! Just make sure you get the right bed if you are in love. And pay the parking fee! I got busted. Basic? GREAT HOTEL, NICE PEOPLE, GREAT CONCEPT. WE LOVED IN IT AND WE LOVE IT! |

The staff is very friendly and the hotel management is always present, personally making sure that every guest has a good time. The location is very close to nice restaurants and bars, but also the hotel bar/restaurant has a very nice entourage. All rooms have different art-themes which is a very much welcomed difference compared to all those standard hotelrooms I normally book. |

Nicely situated in the centre of Rotterdam, close to the Marine Museum and easily accessible by car; lots of parking spaces. The hotel needs its own restaurant. |

It is good to be on the water - would be even better in Summer though! The owners' restaurant served excellent food and was within easy walking distance. Near the shops, trams to Station and Maritime Museum. |

Friendly staff and very helpfull !!. Nice area and not noisey during the night.Room was ok size and nice shower , very clean , nice big flat TV , big round window overlooking the river. Close to walk to the centre. Control over your heating in the room , so never to hot or cold :) |

bed comfortable. Room and bathroom clean and new, but disappointing. Room was dark and gloomy. Very bad lighting. View of dirty old wall when had requested room with a view. No point in staying on boat hotel if looking at wall. Owners very pleasant and helpful but receptionist was rude, arrogant, patronising, rude, rude, rude. Difficult to get service from her- haridryer, plug, tea bags was always a problem. She completely ignored me while chatting on phone to friend while I stood at reception for over 5 minute to get her to call a cab. Then proceeded to argue with me on check out. Refused to help with bags. |

Comfortable room with very clean and stylish bathroom. Reasonable location situated in a quiet/business area of town. Basic breakfast for the price. Room heating via a noisy aircon unit. |

The h2otel bar, the owner, the staff were all great and friendly. Everything is close by the malls, bars, the Tram, Metro, Buses, I found h2otel to located at a very convenient location. |

Over all expectations! wonderful room, exelent location on a quiet street near the city and the staff was exelent - made us feel just like home. We will specially remember the man in the bar downstair who made us soup! And a special thanks to Lucy, you made our day!! |
