Rooms very comfortable and the breakfast excellent and hotel located very close to bars and restaurants

The wfi is not very good as keeps losing signal and does not log on automatically to you when you get back into the hotel

The Kroeller-Muller Museum is worth the short bus ride through great environs.

Restaurant, lobby and bar are beautiful. Rooms/bath are great, but some renovation was being done (early May 2013) Reduced price was great.

Probably the friendliest staff in any hotel i have ever been to. No request was to much trouble. Good central location.

When we checked in at the hotel, they told us that they did not receive notice of our booking and that they did not know if a room was available. After about 15 min, they found a room with 2 single beds when I had asked for a double bed.

No value for money. I've booked an overprized room (eur 130,- for one night!); the hotel shouldn't get 4 stars. The rooms and lift are old; if you walk by the rooms, it looks like you're in prison and the rooms are not reachable if you're in a wheelchair. The bathroom was dusty and dirty with mold on the wall; the switch of one lamp was broken. In the remote control of our tv were no batteries. Only the breakfast and location were adequate. No Haarhuis for us anymore.

The rooms were fine have stayed in your hotel before. Breakfast was good!!

Our friend had the same room for the same length of time but he paid approximately €60 less. I think this is not acceptable and I will consider this before I book again if I book again. Pillows in our room were lumpy after requesting new ones from the maids response were that was all.

As usual, the breakfast was exceptional.

We were on the third floor, the windows could only be completely openend, no child lock or tilting mechanism. The rooms are looking a little tired especially the bathrooms, although clean. It certianly needs sme renovation once the new wing is completed.

Very old room, rest of the hotel was being renovated. Paid way to much money for what we got!

Breakfast was excellent.

For a run-of-the-mill hotel, it was over-priced. Parking is a problem, and many of the streets have temporary road closures at night in the city centre which GPS can not cope with.

For the price I paid the room was quite shabby, dirty walls and not comfortable bed. Shower was leaking. I woke up couple of times in the night on noises from other rooms on in the morning before 7 on drilling and hammering - not sure if the maintanance work was starting (they are repairing the staircase). I have been staying in lot of hotels in Arnhem and my expectations from Best Western were much higher

Rooms need redocorating. The central heating made a lot of noise. Very nice that you could make coffee in your own room but the wire of the electric water kettle is very very short. I had to put the kettle under the bed-side table where it could reach the socket.

Rooms are very small, some are not renovated. Radiators make strange and loud noise (needed to change room). Too expensive parking (12,50 per day)

New updated room design , modern but lacks feeling of cozyness. Current constuction. restaurant Brasserie, lacks atmosphere. Did not eat there. Cost of meal , better priced eating facilities nearby. The place lacks atmosphere, but that is a personal taste All in all good for a one night stay, not extended stay..
