The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was central and convenient, particularly for the station. The bed was not very comfortable. |

The location close to railway station and the centre of town. The room was very small and we wouldn't have liked to stay longer than a night. Charging for internet connection. |

Although a large hotel the staff were pleasant and friendly and always willing to help If you are driving there the hotel can be very difficult to find due to the citys one way system. |

The hotel has a very good central location, 200 metres from Arnhem train station. The breakfast buffet is included in the hotelroom price and is a good breakfast. the single rooms do not have a bath and are very small and not renovated yet. |

There is nothing I like about this hotel. Service is terrible. They tried to overcharge me when I checked out. Pay TV which I didn't order, 1 extra night, overcharge laundry service, telephone calls I didn't make. |

It was very convenient to the railway station and close to the centre of Arnhemn. the staff did their best to appear friendly and helpful. The room was small. It was meant to be a non smoking room but must have been a smoking room in the past as it stank of stale cigartee smoke. It was not possible to open the windows to ventilate the room and theregore the smell will remain until such time as the room is redecorated. The breakfast was very limited. Normally on a continental breakfast you also get a choice of cheeses and cold meats. |
