I enjoy the fact that there is a bar and restaraunt inside the hotel. It saves time in finding a place to eat and drink. It is also close to the central transportation systems and close to areas of interest |

This hotel is located in front of the main rail station and convenient for travelling to the other towns. The room is concise and clean. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is fine with lots of choices. Very cost-worthy. |

Location, being near the train station and shopping district It was extremely hot in the room; no air-condition and no iron (!) in the hotel. Totally unheard of in North American Standards (since even cheap motels in North America offer these amenities). |

I was upgraded to a very good room after I complained the first one was too hot (it was also a very small room). I got a great nights sleep - unusual for the first night in a hotel. I arrived at 22.20. The restaurant was shut and there was no room service or bar snacks - which is poor for a 4 star hotel. (So I went to bed hungry - maybe that's why I had a good nights sleep). |

Although a large hotel the staff were pleasant and friendly and always willing to help If you are driving there the hotel can be very difficult to find due to the citys one way system. |
