no hay wifi y la televisión es de pago.esta muy apartado del centro.no dan camas dobles para un ocupante sino camas individuales.

La comunicacion a traves de bus con el centro de la ciudad

La señalizacion del hotel que brilla por su ausencia. A menos que sepas del simbolo de un pelicano que identifica a la cadena, no hay forma de encontrarlo. Nosotros gracias a que llevabamos GPS, pues caso contrario es para volverse loco.

Al haber programado un viaje por el norte de holanda (avion + hotel ) con estancias en varias ciudades/poblaciones y con coche de alquiler buscabamos hoteles que nos permitieran tener el parking gratuito, y que estuviera a un maximo de 5 min en transporte publico. Este hotel cuenta con un amplio parking exterior gratuito y tiene una parada de bus en frente del hotel que te deja en el mismo centro de haarlem. La habitacion era muy amplia.

En la habitacion habia alguna pared con algun desperfecto. En contramos un par de arañas en la bañera del lavabo ( por cierto por todo el norte de holanda, menos amsterdam encontramos muchas arañas y telarañas). Habiamos solicitado habitacion en planta superior pero nos dieron una habitacion con planta baja que daba a la parte trasera del hotel.

Tiene wifi y párking gratis y es de agradecer.

Situado en el pueblo de Haarlem a las afueras de Amsterdam, habitaciones enormes, todas de 3 camas. Limpieza del baño regular. Es un hotel enorme, a lo complejo turístico, sin aire acondicionado, pasamos mucho calor.

Habitacion muy amplia, cómoda , limpia y bien decorada. Excelente habitación. Buena relación precio-calidad.

El hotel está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, alrededor de 1,5 km. para ir andando.

Me dieron la habitación 604, muy grande, comoda y espaciosa, con muy buen baño. Las camas un poco blandas para mi gusto. No se oye ni un ruido por la noche y bien de temperatura. El bufet del desayuno muy completo.

La comunicación mas cercana con el lobby principal es por un solo ascensor, que siempre estaba ocupado y la escalera es al exterior, así que esto era un poco incomodo.

The comfort and space of the family apartment. The restaurant was very good. Good service and great meal. one of the best of our 4 week holiday.

The lighting in the shower/bathroom is poorly designed. While it looks nice, it is totally inadequate for people using the basin and mirror. the lights are directed to each side of the mirror, and the is no illumination in the mirror area. so a woman trying to apply makeup would be working in a shodowed reflection. (this refers to room 758 in particular, I cant speak for other rooms. No other negatives.

The hotel staff accidently melted all our baby bottles and pacifiers as well as the sterilizing unit itself. The manager was appropriately apologetic and offered to pay for our damaged goods and gave us directions to a nearby mall. Our money was given to us immediately upon receiving the receipt and the manager enquired about our satisfaction the following morning :) Very happy with the service!

The family room was extremely noisy due to the kichen being overhead. We didn't get much sleep due to having a 4 month old and a 2 year old in the room with us and when we eventually did manage to sleep, we were woken up by banging and loud noises from the kichen :(

We went during the queens day event. It was a good hotel over all staff were extremely friendly

The hotel is undergoing extreme renovations, our room was not reachable by elevator and we had to carry our luggage 2 floors. It is also a bit far away, but very close to a bus station

Very good value for the money. Was easy access the hotel. Bus stop was nearby for ease in getting to the train station. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean.

The lighting was a bit dim. Wish it had been a little brighter. Had to walk through the dining room to get to our room.

I liked everything about this hotel , the staff was very nice and helpful , the food was very good , the room was spacious and comfortable.

-To enter the room we had to cross the dining room and go two floors walking down the stairs, no elevator access to the room. - The room had an internal door that connected it to another room which was closed, but one could hear the conversation of the other family in the room beside ours.

Room decor was awful, black with red velvet?? Signage actually on the hotel was impossible to find, so we did not even know we had the correct hotel. Access to the reception and unloading cases.

I cannot express enough the appreciation we feel for two of reception/desk employees. These young women went out of their way to help us shop your small gift shop and then, gift wrapped every gift we purchased! They did this willingly and cheerfully and they chatted to us throughout. They both spoke flawless English. This took place on the morning of March 29th. Because of these two employees, we left your hotel on a high! Julie Smart

Good hotel. Good facilities. Nice restaurant and bar.

Requested for quiet room, but was housed next to the fitness area and in front of the corridor door, so relatively lots of noise.

Having booked 4 weeks in advance to make sure we got a quiet room we were given a totally unsuitable one. It had the main airport road outside the window and the aerobics gym on the inside. Road noise all night and early morning Zumba noise , having immediately asked for another room was told there was nothing available. 5 nights of little sleep foy my 11year old daughter and myself. Paid around £400 for this and offered no refund.

We had a very large suite which looked out onto the street. The room was very clean and it had a big jacuzzi tub. We ate in the hotel's restaurant for dinner and our server was extremely nice.

Although I notified the hotel of my dog online, apparently dogs aren't allowed in the suites. The girl at the front desk made a point of telling us but thankfully let us keep our booking. Looking back it may have been better to let her change our room. Our biggest problem with this hotel was the construction which started at 07:00 that was so loud it made the walls vibrate. The windows of the suite have no soundproofing and we felt every painful hit of the jackhammer. When we called the front desk they had absolutely no sympathy or solution for us saying smugly, "That's our neighbors. They have the right." I wouldn't have been upset by any of this except, when we walked to our car, on the other side of the building, you could no longer hear the jackhammer. Long story short, I would never go back to the hotel.

Service, room, decor, bed the entire hotel was shocking

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but apart from that there was nothing I liked about it

The reception staff were cold and unfriendly –-although quite efficient – but not a very welcoming first impression! The long corridor – my room was right at the end - felt like it was part of some institution – like a hospital maybe! The room - I booked a Junior Suite which are usually quite nice - had a really strange layout - the feng shui was completely wrong! You walked straight into a long wall with the toilet behind you – into the living area and then round the corner was the bedroom and bath area (combined). To get from the bedroom to the toilet entailed walking right the way around the space even through the areas backed on to each other. The room looked like it hadn’t been decorated since the 1970s – it was dowdy, scruffy and depressing as an environment – lots of tatty wood panelling and chairs which had gouges out of the wooden bits (arms & legs) which also looked rather dirty and uninviting. The flat screen tv was a relic from several years ago, and I had to unplug it to plug in in my power board, as the ‘spare’ socket by the desk area contained the remnants of someone else’s broken travel plug prong and was therefore u/s! There was no mini-bar or even a fridge! However, being November and very chilly, I cooled my Perrier and Red Bull out on the terrace (which overlooked a busy road). The room itself was cold in temperature – there were heaters but they were in completely the wrong places to get any airflow going! I had to ask for an extra duvet which made sleeping ok and I wrapped myself up in it when starting work early in the morning. The ‘free’ internet was a complete joke! It was so slow if you had sent the information via a snail it would probably have reached the destination quicker! I gave up on FTP’ing large photos – (getting under 5 kb/s transfer rate) which I needed to do to meet deadlines for my job and even Emailing out a press release with medium res photos took an hour instead of around 10 – 15 minutes!

Fantastically friendly staff and really clean rooms. Breakfast is a sight to be seen, a buffet it might be, but a buffet on steroids. Really easy access to and from Haarlem town centre by bus.

Ugly exterior, 80's decor, in need of updating!

The staff was always helpful with whatever we needed. Weather it was getting a reservation at a restaurant or things for the room. The large lobby area provided big tables and comfortable chairs for our group to relax. A nice feature so the rooms were not the only place to hang out. Also being near the bus line was helpful
