En general todo correcto, las habitaciones un poco escasas en cuanto a comodidades para ser un 4 estrellas

Si, en los corredores falta renovar alfombras, decoracion y limpieza. Servicio de internet, costo elevado. Room service costo adicional elevado

it feels like home from home the staff do not disturb you unless you ask for help,balcony to sit outside at night its great.location is second to none.also security is brill,town centrum is walking distance,loads of parking space,what more do you need.

The price as well as the fact that you have a sauna in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is fantastic.

I had ants in the room and they crawled on me during the night!!!!!!!

It was relatively easy to travel to Amsterdam by Tram/Train and there was plenty of parking space.

Staff were brusque and unhelpful when I asked them to help me to check billing details from a partner van der Valk hotel in Heerlen, I was told it was nothing to do with them. Breakfast very indifferent compared to other V. der V hotels. No air-conditioning in rooms so had to keep door onto communal balcony open in middle of wild all-night thunderstorm.

We have to tell them every time that we have made the payment , instead of them checking in the system.Also, when I called the hotel reservation for the telephone number of other romm . the system cannot find the room number . I think they should have some better softwar system in which these type of queries are possible.

The pleasant and helpful staff, size and comfort of the rooms.

The efficiency of the room staff left a lot to be desired, to find odd socks laid about and a lack of vacumming ,beds thrown together not made properly was not of the expected standard, otherwise no complaints.

This is the 3rd time I stay at this hotel, but this time the room cleaning was nat good.

This was a business trip and the hotel had the ideal location, the staff was always helpfull. The accomodation were basic but clean include a fast internet connections with two options.

Actually there is nothing I did not like.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The beds are good. Would recommend for its location to main roads etc for ease of commuting whilst still being quiet in rooms. It is a 20 minute walk into Haarlem - it was pleasant when we did it but very cold.

Disappointed with there being no tea or coffee making facility in rooms. To buy these items in hotel is very expensive. The hotel is also in need of urgent refurbishment. There can be strange smells!

Hotel is in a good location in Haarlem; there is a bus stop across the street and it's within walking distance to the Centrum. Food in the restaurant was very good. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms seem to have problems with cold air leaking in through the windows. When it's cold and windy, the rooms can't get warm. I changed rooms and it was about the same. Others in my party also experienced the same problems.

Large room, vast parking, multiple services.
