rapporto qualità prezzo basso, tono generale trasandato, pulizia molto scarsa, la mia camera aveva l'apertura verso l'esterno bloccata (situazione molto pericolosa in caso d'incendio) che rendeva impossibile il ricambio d'aria, assenza di minibar, qualità della prima colazione molto bassa, assenza di taxi all'uscita dell'hotel essenziale per la lontananza dal centro |

La camera era situata proprio al di sotto della sala ristorante con rumori fastidiosi fino all'una e trenta di notte, veramente sgradevole. |

Tutto meno che alcune persone della reception staff dell'hotel che non sa parlare italiano. E sopratutto hanno provveduto al blocco del pagamento sulla mia carta di credito poi io ho pagato con un altro bancomat e a tutt'oggi non mi hanno ancora sbolccaro la cifra nonostante 3 mail in ingliese |

Doveva essere un bell'hotel ... 30 anni fa! Ora ha decisamente bisogno di essere ristrutturato! Inoltre, nel sito si dice che c'è una palestra. Ma non si dice che è un club autonomo, e che bisogna pagare (anche se c'è uno sconto per gli ospiti dell'albergo. Infine, troppi Cinesi! |

Free parking This is not a 4 star hotel. The furniture is very cheap in the room. The bathroom was not clean. It is impossible to control the temperature in the room. |

it is dangerous to use the shower, because of teh way the hot water tap is installed. You cannot openit without getting the steaming hot water on your arms |

they upgraded us to a much larger room the upgraded room seemed in an wing that is in need of some renovation; the tap of the bathroom sink is placed in such a way that when used, most of the water spills onto the granite work top instead of into the sink, and the shower head sprays water all over the place except straight down, causing Niagara effects and a soaking wet floor. Furniture looking poorly (in need of paint job) |

location The hotel must spend all of its resources keeping up the fancy lobby because once you get past there the rooms are discusting! The halls and elevator were dirty. The room was large but the bathroom door did not shut, the room was not very clean and the beds were uncomfortable - only the lobby is 4 star. |

Extra large room & bathroom; wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of variety; convenient bike rentals at front desk; great location overall; extremely helpful & patient front-desk staff...very impressive & much appreciated by clue-less tourists! Big tub, but tiny shower! Room was clean but smelled bad, like urine...p |
