not enough staff at breakfast on sunday ran out of cups, dishes and plates. long wait for coffee machines.Staff failed to provide service to lounge areas even though we ordered coffee and were prepared to pay. |

Reception staff very helpfull with specific reference to Ms D Gomes. She assisted me with bus schedules to hockey clubs. The next day she asked me whether I managed to find the clubs. I appreciated the large room and balcony (smoking outside!). A complimentary coffee / tea lounge will be welcome since there aren't any facilities in room to make coffee / tea. Internet charges very expensive. |

check in was efficient and fast, breakfast was value for money, location was perfect the way from reception to our room was very long, no chance to take the stairs or an alarm went off, because of it being so big, the hotel is not cosy, does not have much charm. |

Plenty of parking space available. Only 1 lift (the other one was out of service during my whole stay of 5 days) and very slow so it was taking lot of time to get down and up to the room. |

The hotel was very nice and the reception and bar staff were very professional and helpful The surrounding area provided virtually no alternative facilties eg restaurants, bars. |

Excellent quality of food, splendid breakfast Late dining , after 21.30, not recommended since the service at that time is just plain bad. Waiting 20 minutes before the menu was given, another 20 min wait for the drinks to arrive, and we had to get a waiter from the kitchen to remind them of what we ordered which was then brought in 10 minutes made dinner unpleasant. |

Spacious room, hospitality, cleanliness of the rooms, close to my business center, close to downtown Haarlem etc. If there was a Refrigerator and a coffee kettle in the room, I would have stayed longer in the hotel. I moved out only due to lack of these facilities. |

We chose this hotel, because there were no other available this period. Breakfast is almost abundant compared to other hotels in Holland. It's far below 4*, a hostelry for locals who come to watch tv in their rooms the whole weekend. Hotel does not meet today's international service standards. Reception peasant women (probably yesterday's milkmaids from surrounding villages) are incompetent and rude. They did not find our booking, at arrival they asked credit card to make a copy and without telling us anything blocked 1000 euros instead of 800, than told that normally they block double amount. At check-out they could not use this blocked amount for payment and could not cancel their "authorisation". We had to pay by another credit card and still have 1000 blocked. |

Good value for money, hotel staff were helpful. Some of the rooms do not have AC and stay very hot during the summer months. Also, rooms facing the street have the traffic noise to deal with throughout the night |

it feels like home from home the staff do not disturb you unless you ask for help,balcony to sit outside at night its great.location is second to none.also security is brill,town centrum is walking distance,loads of parking space,what more do you need. |

The hotel room was perfectly clean and well-prepared. The staff were always kind and friendly. They had absolutely no problem with our late arrival. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is well-situated with a comfortable access and large parking space. |

The price as well as the fact that you have a sauna in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I had ants in the room and they crawled on me during the night!!!!!!! |
