Hotel Royal Bridges is a 4-star hotel, occupying 4 fully-restored 17th century houses on the most beautiful canal in the old center of Delft.
Score from 540 reviews Very good
Hotel Leeuwenburg is along one of the most attractive canals of Delft. Interesting places to visit are within walking distance. Guests can start each day with an extensive breakfast.
Score from 994 reviews Excellent
Campanile Hotel Delft offers excellent facilities at an attractive rate, and has a convenient location.
Score from 503 reviews Good
Hotel Bridges House Delft is a hotel in the center of Delft in the former canal house of the Dutch painter Jan Steen and have shops and museums next door.
Score from 657 reviews Excellent
I loved the room and the view. We thought it was very comfortable. I had a great night of sleep.
The large deluxe room didn't have a bathtub and breakfast included.
staff were excellent
location slightly out
Very professional service, very clean room and the room has a good size.
Although the breakfast was sufficient, I would expect more variety of food and probably higher quality. In my opinion it is a lean breakfast when I consider the cost of the booking.
Location to centre Staff were pleasant and helpful Overall a good experience We would stay again.
The restaurant was closed New Years Eve, hotels of this calibre (star rating) would ensure the guests can access food during their stay albeit with limitation. A little disappointing.
The room ("deluxe") is smaller than what it looks like from the description (room area is not given). Nescafe machine is provided in the room, but coffee for it you have to by for 2 euro
Friendly, helpful staff
little choice in the menu at the restaurant
- Cozy and spacious room. - Nice modern decoration with neat view from balcony on the 8th floor. - Good service from reception staff. - Nice choice of food at the hotel restaurant. - Would probably choose it again if traveling to Delft on business.
- Red bed cover had white stains. Housekeeping chose to use the same bed cover every day, instead of washing it! Why?! - Breakfast seriously failed to impress. Nowhere near the variety you expect from a four star hotel. Edible but very very basic. - Would have appreciated more facilities like a pool etc. - At 140Euros per night, it was rather expensive. 100euros per night would make it good value for money (at least) in the Netherlands. - Between 30 and 40 minutes away from Delft University (depending on department you are visiting).
The facilities at the hotel were very good and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location is ideal for visiting the centre of Delft and easy to get to by car. The views of Delft from the upper floors are excellent. For the price this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Although there are hot drink making facilities in the rooms no milk was supplied.
Good location only a couple of minutes walk to town centre. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
No onsite parking you have to use public car park 100 yards away. It is secure and only Euro 8 per night but not terribly convenient. Bar service slow staff talking to friends.
windows were not soundproof the bathroom was a little dirty
the room was newly furnished and with a nice view on the city (eight)
no firdge in the room, bed no very confortable, restaurant close early, breakfast just ok. Overal just ok, especially if you look at the quite expensive price for value.
Close to town
Bit too far from rail station for walking
I asked for a room with nice window view, high floor, and I had a wonderful landscape over old Delft, from the eighth floor. The staff offered all information, they have also bus tickets. Moreover, all musical artifacts (old instruments) create a warm and familiar atmosphere.
Good facilities Good location
choices for breakfast is worth than previously
staff very helpfull. good value for money.
Location within easy walking distance of centre of Delft
No on site car park. Restaurant not open on Sunday night
Very comfortable and quiet hotel
Very little. The hotel is mainly used for bus groups and the parking lot was always occupied by 6/8 tour busses. Of the 12+ Hotels in which we stayed during our tour of Denmark; Belgium and Holland, this was the less pleasant experience.
Even though there is a large private area to park it is reserved to tour buses and I had only few minutes to download by myself (no doorman or valet) the luggage and brig the car to a garage. The reception is run by one person only and the check in is very slow. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant of the Hotel, big mistake. We were told that they were very busy and we could have a reservation only at 8:30pm, we arrived on time, and there were three waiters serving about twelve people. We ordered from the menu and waited about 15/20 minutes for the appetizers, than the caos. Other tables were waiting for the desserts, others the bill and us the main course. All the waiters were in the kitchen chatting with the cook and another person. My wife had ordered an hamburger. It arrived after 1 hour. It was a piece of patte without bun. She tried to have one of the staff to came to the table, no success therefore she got u and went personally to the kitchen. Everybody was chatting, several orders where under the lamps and the cook and others where having a beer. Finally she got the bread, where not for hamburger and by now the meat was cold. Other guests were also complaining without any results. We got up and left followed by others. I asked at the front desk to speak to the manager it was 9:30 and he had left and only the night employee was there. In the morning when I ask to speak to the manager a young lady took me in a corner and listen to my comments. She was not very concerned and looked like it was a routine event. I am surprise of the high score that you give to this hotel!
Great place, excellent stay, clean and super comfortable
Maybe a bit expensive
Everything! A really cool hotel. The staff were super friendly!
Environment, staff, service, aesthetic, menu, setting
Everything was beyond very good. No complaints.
Nice comfortable room
I did not like the fact that the hotel has a car park which is only used for coaches. Paying guests have to pay 8 euro to park in a car park up the road
I prepaid the trip and when I arrived they charged me another 100 euros although there were no extra persons/requirements.
Had an amazing stay. Will defintely be back. Thank you.
We arrived the day The Netherlands played one of the matches on the World Champion and everything looked like a great and happy festival, at the hotel and all over the city. They won , so the city was a big party!
