Very nice location : 10min to Aachen, 30min to Maastricht. Combo night + ski at a very good price. Different restaurant on the same area. Rooms are clean and quiet.

The hotel is extremely convenient for athletes and their families who are training on the indoor ski slopes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is not a great deal of variety in the food served, but there are some fabulous places to eat just a five or ten minutes drive away. The hotel can be very noisy when busy.

We attended a 3 day race training course and were there for the skiing so for that it was brilliant and a great set up. The rooms were the only part of the hotel up to the claimed 4 star rating so actually expensive for what you get. The public areas downstairs were more like budget hotel standard and the stairwells and corridors were little better than some hostels I have been in. The rowdy gangs of unsupervised racers in the evening and at nightime really detracted from the overall experience.

De kamers overtroffen onze verwachtingen. Erg netjes ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het hotel zit pal aan de skipiste, een paar minuten lopen en je bent er. Om van binnenuit naar je kamer te gaan moest je half door het restaurant. We vonden dit best apart.

Gut ist an dem Hotel einzig und allein die Nähe zur Skihalle snowworld, sonst nichts - die Beschreibungen des Hotels stimmen nicht! Schlechter Service für 4-Sterne und nciht sauber - Silberfische im Bett - bähhhh!!! Nicht noch mal! Frühstück gibt es auch besseres!

Alle sportmogelijkheden dichtbij elkaar, kamers waren OK! De uitschuifbank waar de kinderen op moesten slapen was aan het hoofdeinde helemaal in gezakt, ze hebben met hun hoofd aan het voeteneinde moeten slapen.

Nelle Camere di tipo Superior in camera il punto internet è lontano dalla scrivania. Quindi se non si ha un cavo internet abbastanza lungo si è costretti ad usare un tavolino troppo basso e scomodo. Avvicinare il punto di connessione alla scrivania oppure fornire la camera di un cavo internet più lungo risolverebbe il problema.

Mooi gelegen hotel...... De prijs van een comfort kamer is veels te hoog!! Geen koelkast met inhoud, geen tv dan betaal-TV, kamer zonder uitzicht, etc.... Probleem met de vele, vele nederlandse hotels is dat ze zich allemaal teveel sterren toeeigenen. Dit hotel is maximaal drie sterren waard in vergelijking met bv. Hilton hotels wereldwijd!! In Duitsland kun je voor de helft van de prijs betere hotels vinden, bv. In Dusseldorf, etc.

Het was fijn dat je tot 24 uur terecht kon op de piste. Het hotelpersoneel was zeer behulpzaam. Wat tegenviel was dat er geen tweepersoonsbed aanwezig was, maar twee eenpersoonbedden die constant uit elkaar schoven.
