Hotel was clean and good condition with modern design and décor. Short walking distance to the rai, or you can catch the trams outside to go to the city centre. It actually did have a well stocked free bar and mini bar in the room as advertised. |

Location (quiet area that is still close enough to city centre), professional and friendly staff, smallness of room compensated by well thought-out lay-out, all-inclusive concept, good breakfast. I have given slightly marks this time (I am a frequent guest at the hotel), because as it gets older some maintenance issues crop up, e.g. the electrical bed not working, heating working intermittently. These are small issues, though, |

Compared to other hotels of a similar type, breakfast made the high price more bearable |

This is a great little gem of a hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, free drinks and Internet, and an excellent all-included breakfast. Yes, it's small and my room was bijou but the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower efficient and there were plenty of power sockets and good lighting. |

It was relatively close to the historical sights & night life of Amsterdam The hotel staff left our room door open, leaving all our stuff susceptible to theft, then tried to charge us for items from the room refrig/bar - which we never even opened. Any other hotel would have compensated us for the risk & distress that we experienced upon coming up to our room & finding it unsecured.... Instead we were charged full price regardless. We were incredibly disappointed |

All inclusive and is a very good idea. Free internet. The staff was nice. The room was quiet and clean. Unfortunately the window in the room is not opening to air the room. The location of the hotel seemed to be farther from the city centre than expected. Only 2 trams stop near the hotel and only one of them goes directly to the Centre. It took 30 minutes waiting for the tram on the weekend and then 15 minutes to get to the Centre by tram. |

It was all-inclusive, including breakfast & all drinks! (Friends staying at a posher hotel across the street didn't even get breakfast!) The location was very convenient for us as we were attending an event at the rai centre - a short walk away. The town centre is about 2 miles - but all flat & a nice walk. No on-site parking, so if you're taking a car I suggest you use the Park & Ride which is very cheap & gives you free public transport! |

It was convenient to everything - my business meetings as well as the museums and city centre. Breakfast was excellent and convenient for making an early start. |

Right by a tram stop direct from the main train station. Breakfast included. Clean, comfortable, reasonable, includes a minibar and free beverage bar in the evenings. Room was very small. Shower gets the entire bathroom wet. |

I would recommend this hotel - the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The cleaning of the rooms was not the best |

Nice breakfast, free mini bar in the room, free finger food, some drinks and coffe 24h in the lobby. Very quiet place, friendly staff, good location. Take a tram just across the street and go everywhere you like, or just walk. Nice street market nearby. Very safe. |

The service inclusive in the room rate and location I wish there was some more additional selection for non-pork/beef eaters. Such as chicken/seafood. |

Although it was not in the right center of the city, the location was perfect: 15min to Dam on walking, and trams to the main places of the city at the hotel's door. They have a free minibar at the reception with snacks and drinks, great idea! |

The standard and service of the hotel was very good. There was plenty of choice of different foods for breakfast. The room was comfortable and well equipped it was a bonus to have a free bar! They do not serve Heinz baked beans with their breakfasts. |

The location was good and the price was reasonnable There was a mixup in the room causing me to enter someone else's room in the middle of the night. I was then given a room with a faulty A/C that did a lot of noise the whole night with no one to fix it. Turned out to be one of the worst nights I had abroad. |
