Room well designed , comfortable and clean. There is tram station ( tram 25 ) just near the hotel and takes at most 15 minutes to reach dam square-central train station. If prefered can walk in 30 minutes also. Room size is not so small (we stayed in deluxe ) for Amsterdam standarts. Free coffe-tea service and wireless internet . |

very nice location near restaurants and nice neighbourhood. Hotel is very clean, space well utilized and rooms as advertized. The everything included formula is really special; wifi, minibar, drinks in the bar downstairs, breakfast are all included. Good deal because breakfast includes hot buffet and drinks include alcohol. Some remarks on minibar not being filled during the day are over the top; what do you expect. Once a day plus all beverages available in the lobby is plenty. Very safe neighboorhood and tram 25 to centre in front of hotel. I ordered single room and that was really small and a bit cramped, but ok for business. Suffered one night from other people smoking pot in their room... |

Very good informal tourist base for Amsterdam. NIce atmosphere, good accomodation, not stuffy, good value. Quite a variety in the rooms. Our sons room was much bigger and nicer than ours. |

The complimentary mini bar and the location to the Convention center. The Hotel appearance is deceiving. It is much better inside than its appearance from the street. Overall nothing I didn't like. |

Room, cleanliness, minibar, location, access The only two negative sides were: a. We were asked to pay the whole amount for the stay upon arrival, though there was no policy stated on their site/booking.com site in this regard and b. the windows can't be opened. P.S.: there are huge differences between the rooms regarding size |

A free minibar looks like a very nice idea! (and was the main reason to give it a try :) One could wish that more hotels will opt for such practice in future (of course this actually makes sense only if you travel on company's money...) The room, although a bit smallish, was rather comfortable and probably could qualify for the 4-start rating. In principle reachable on foot from the centre (takes up to 30 min or so), which is handy if you return late in night. The breakfast was certainly on rather average 3-start level. Although in principle within "walkable" distance, transport opptions are rather poor - only one tram (#25) goes to center, just every 15 mins and follows a bit weird route - timewise making little difference from walking. (Previously have stayed at "hotel spot" in RAI area - although further, it have much better transport options). Ok for price I paid - 125 euros, but certainly not for the non-discounted price of double that, which they cite (if it is real). |

Wow the adjustable beds and the free minibar. THe fab huge shower and the brilliant cleanliness. The quiet and pleasant staff. Excellent hotel. Great to have a tram stop just outside. Felt very safe and relaxing. Room was way too small - we paid for deluxe. Yes, it was lovely but me and my daughter had to shuffle sideways past each other in the room. Drinks machines weren't refilled until you asked every time e.g. orange juice, milk in coffee machine etc. |

Convenient to the RAI, nice location in the De Pijp neighborhood, very friendly and professional staff, great value with the all-inclusive price. The room was laid out in a very smart way, making the most use of the small space. |

Excellent staff and good breakast. Good atmosphere and drinks at the lobby. Not 4 star level. Room extremely small, dangerous low beams. No refill of items (like orange juice) when they finish during the day. |

The hotel is not in the city centre, but the tram stop is just in the front of the hotel. The breakfast is generous, but the breakfast room is small, it was every day crowded. I liked the complimentary minibar. The fruit juice machine was empty every afternoon. |
