Savoy Hotel Amsterdam

Que entrara el desayuno en la oferta del hotel. El minibar gratis y los snacks de la habitación. La parada de tranvía delante del hotel directa al centro y a la estación de tren. La limpieza.

Está un poco lejos del centro. La relación calidad-precio regular, porque las instalaciones están bien, pero no creo que para un 4 estrellas, aunque en Amsterdam los hoteles son por lo general bastante caros. El mapa que facilitan de la ciudad es minúsculo.

Amplitud de la habitación, lo esperaba más pequeño, minibar gratis, también en la recepción, buen desayuno sobre todo el café, transporte directo con el centro y la estación de tren, zona tranquila.

Algo lejos del centro, aunque el tranvía para justo enfrente, pero la verdad es que limita un poco.

Las bebidas del minibar, las de la entrada del hotel y el desayuno estaban incluidos en el precio. Muy confortable. Las camas eran comodísimas, incluso podían elevarse. El baño tenía calefacción independiente, lo que resultaba muy agradable.

Casi nada. Un poquito lejos del centro, aunque teniendo la parada de tranvía enfrente, no resultaba realmente un problema. Incluso diría que era una ventaja, puesto que el trayecto en tranvía (unos 12 minutos) era muy agradable, y servía para recorrer la ciudad.

A little expensive

Location (quiet area that is still close enough to city centre), professional and friendly staff, smallness of room compensated by well thought-out lay-out, all-inclusive concept, good breakfast.

I have given slightly marks this time (I am a frequent guest at the hotel), because as it gets older some maintenance issues crop up, e.g. the electrical bed not working, heating working intermittently. These are small issues, though,

Compared to other hotels of a similar type, breakfast made the high price more bearable

All inclusive and is a very good idea. Free internet. The staff was nice. The room was quiet and clean.

Unfortunately the window in the room is not opening to air the room. The location of the hotel seemed to be farther from the city centre than expected. Only 2 trams stop near the hotel and only one of them goes directly to the Centre. It took 30 minutes waiting for the tram on the weekend and then 15 minutes to get to the Centre by tram.

Small, very comfortable hotel in a good location. Good service and excellent free of charge mini-bar.

Right by a tram stop direct from the main train station. Breakfast included. Clean, comfortable, reasonable, includes a minibar and free beverage bar in the evenings.

Room was very small. Shower gets the entire bathroom wet.

I would recommend this hotel - the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

The cleaning of the rooms was not the best

no heat at room , although I told the reception many times

Nice breakfast, free mini bar in the room, free finger food, some drinks and coffe 24h in the lobby. Very quiet place, friendly staff, good location. Take a tram just across the street and go everywhere you like, or just walk. Nice street market nearby. Very safe.
