Mini-bar gratuito; bom pequeno-almoço; local seguro (esquadra da polícia mesmo ao lado); eléctricos para o centro da cidade do outro lado da rua. Seria bom melhorar a limpeza dos quartos e a manutenção do WC (por vezes, faltava sabonete). |

They serve afternoon refreshments in the lobby including finger foods and drinks. After walking the whole day we did enjoy it very much. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. You can not open the room window. There was no fresh air in the room. |

Friendly and helpful staff. The inclusive breakfast and internet are good value. The tram stops outside the door which overcomes not being right 'down town' which is 10 mins by tram. Excellent little corner restaurant closeby: Cafe-Restaurant Gambinus. I'll stay here again! I had a single room which is small in size but clean, well equipped, well functioning and comfortable. |

Great city hotel! Lovely, tastefull rooms, even if small. Big flat TV, free mini-bar and very welcoming staff at a very reasonable price. Nice breakfast too. Location not central, parking very iffy on street. |

Absolutely everything! Decent breakfast, nice size and extremely well equipped bedrooms (even had motorised beds!), the few drinks in the rooms (included in price) was a very welcome relief after a long day out Shower/ bath combo - though they offer the widest use (both bath and or shower) dont appeal to me as I always find the footing difficult / slippery (the bath edges). But was really very impressed by the over all feeling. Hotel is slightly out of town/ city centre, both good and bad - nice and quiet but at the same time a 30 minute journey away from sights (by tram this is not an issue at all) |

free minibar room was very small, didn't have much space to walk past the bottom of the bed. Our air-con was broken and the air vent was very noisy.we got 2single beds pushed together to make a double but we kept falling in between the beds because the beds were on wheels. |

Inclusion of internet, breakfast, coffees from machine, nibblies and minibar in room price. Fantastic shower, especially for Europe. Lots of power points. Friendliness of staff. Noisy air system - unable to turn off. Hotel replaced soap and shower cap each day - I would have preferred to have reused them. |
