The staff was extremelly nice and could comunicate with us in English!!! Also they had free bike rental so I was able to go for bikes rides everywhere while in Haren. It was an experience of a local person!! Their breakfast was a treat and delicious!! I'd defenitly would like to recomend this Hotel and if ever I'm back in Haren will stay there again. The wifi also works really well.

The Hotel advertising that providing bykes as a complimentary offer to the guests...but upon arriving the hotel officer told us that there are only 10 bykes available for 200 persons...so they can't provide us even a one. They also told us that the nearest place to rent a bykes is a central railway station in Groninggen ( that is about 6 km. Away from the Hotel). In fact there is a very reliable byke shop near the chirch in the middle of Haren, just 10 minutes away from the Hotel, but...nobody in the Hotel knows about it...very strange. So I ordered the hotel for a full week counting on the service hotel promissed to provide - in fact spent 100 Eur. Extra to rent 2 bykes from Byke shop in Haren. This notice just to avoide those who need the bykes...chances to get them from the hotel are very low...

De ligging was prettig I.V.M. een bezoek aan Groningen en de omgeving van Haren was plezierig om te wandelen Wij hadden met bedienend personeel in het restaurant op woensdag afgesproken om op donderdag daar opnieuw te dineren en hadden hiervoor een speciale plaats uitgekozen bij het raam. Toen we donderdag binnen kwamen in het restaurant bleek de plaats reeds bezet. Daar hebben wij onze teleurstelling en ons ongenoegen over uitgesproken.

De goede bedden. Ook was de ruime kamer zeer netjes. Het ontbijt buffet werd niet snel genoeg aangevuld.De eieren en de zachte broodjes waren op ook nadat ik even later was terug gelopen waren deze nog niet aangevuld.

Prima verblijf Goed ontbijt. In de avond zijn we in het bij het hotel behorende restaurant gaan eten. De inrichting van het restaurant was 'kantine-achtig'. De kwaliteit van het eten was niet slecht, maar stond niet in verhouding tot de prijs.

Goede service. Vriendelijk personeel dat er zeker al wat langer werkt. Wat gedateerd interieur. Meer variatie in ontbijt. Wij verbleven er drie nachten en drie keer hetzelfde ontbijtbuffet.

Sehr freudliches, bemühtes Personal. Frühstück reichhaltig und alles was man braucht vorhanden Wir mußten den Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verkürzen, war überhaupt kein Problem, bekamen anstandslos unser Geld zurück. Würden für einen Kurztrip nach Groningen immer wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken.

Op uiterst vriendelijke wijze tewoordgestaan door de medewerkers bij de receptie. Mogelijkheid om koffie en/of thee te zetten op de kamer. Een aantal tijdschriften op de kamer. Kamers en accesoires op de kamer behoorlijk gedateerd. De kwaliteit van de bedden kan beter.
