I loved the service at the hotel, everyone was kind and helpful. The scenery and view was lovely, natural and green. Had to go up one flight of stairs to get to our room. There are rooms on the ground floor but perhaps they were all booked. However our flood had a better view. |

The dining room and public rooms were first class. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel bedroom was dark and stiflingly hot. Airless. The en suite was small; the shower uncomfortably so! Lighting within the room was poor. The bathroom door opens in such a way as to make movement within the room uncomfortable. (Can't see a way round that problem). |

It is located ok My room was to the parking side and had no coffeemaker or minibar and is supposed to be a 4 stare hotel!!! The manager was nice but the lady was rude |

Owners and staff excellent. Very helpful. Went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Food excellent. Facilities including the boat hire, enhanced the stay. Location ideal for our holiday. |

The hotel was more than accommodating They welcomed us by telling us to come right into the hotel with our bikes, where we could put them securely and then where our room was. Another guest used their key to open our door in the evening?? We were in room #19. That was a first for us! |

Within walking distance of Giethoorn. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Can rent boats or bicycles. Giethoorn is a great place to get away and enjoy. |

The atmosphere, we feeld welcome. The personel was very pleasent to speak to, and we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. There was no postcard of the hotel, and I would have liked to send one to my children and friends in South Africa. |

Goede ontvangst en goede service door het personeel, wat zeer vriendelijk is. Mooie en nette kamers, die goed ingericht zijn. Warm water defect vanaf ca 09.00 uur, dus koude douche! Alle faciliteiten (dus ook bar/café) reeds om 12 uur p.m. dicht. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving van het hotel en de bezienswaardigheden. Kamer met schuifpui en zitplaatsen direct aan het water. Vaartocht met prima gids in Giethoorn en omstreken georganiseerd door het hotel en vertrek vanaf het hotel.Goede bedden en een heerlijk ligbad. Het ontbijt is goed alleen het bijvullen was op zaterdag niet tijdig. De mannelijke bediening bij het diner hebben wij niet als prettig ervaren. |

Der Fahrad- und Bootverleih, gutes Restaurant, ruhige Lage und schöne Umgebung, freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant, sehr gute Betten (Matrazen) Keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis: Der Kleiderschrank könnte etwas größer sein, neue Kleiderbügel und ein Spiegel im Schlafraum würden die Einrichtung perfekt machen. |

La colazione non e' da "4 stelle"; a fronte di una ns.richiesta di qualunque mappa/cartina della cittadina di giethoorn ci e' stata consegnata una fotocopia (che era li' per caso) incomprensibile; euro 8,50 al giorno per noleggiare le biciclette, peraltro indispensabili (gli unici parcheggi sono riservati) per raggiungere giethoorn che dista dall'hotel circa 5 km. |

Het hotel personeel was zeer gastvrij en deed er alles aan om ons "thuis" te laten voelen. Ook was het personeel zeer behulpzaam met informatie rond om de omgeving. De Luxe kamers (welke wij hadden) met groot terras aan het water waren fantastich. Ook hebben we in het hotel gegeten, wat uitmuntend was ! Niets anders dan Hulde ! |

Vooral het personeel in het restaurant,was zeer vriendelijk en gezellig.Wij hebben uitstekend en met met veel smaak gegeten.Heel goede bediening,waarbij je het idee krijgt dat het personeel plezier in hun werk heeft.De eigenaar kwam met goede suggesties m.b.t o.a. de vaar/fietstocht. Als wij dan al een minpuntje moeten noemen,zou het gaan om het inchecken,waarbij we toch wel even moesten wachten. |
