La gentillesse des propriétaires et la qualité du service Le restaurant offre également des plats de qualité même si les prix me semblent un peu élevés

Accueil, service et confort au même bon niveau à chaque passage. Nous y avons déjà séjourné 7 fois avec toujours autant de plaisir.

Nous aimons revenir régulièrement dans cet établissement pour sa situation idéale, son confort et son service convivial mais efficace.

Situation calme dans un endroit magnifique. Le service est toujours égal à lui-même à chacun de nos séjours. Cuisine soignée sans chichis. On aime bien y revenir.

Absolutely nice and friendly staff! They helped me a lot. At first we felt like they were too busy to deal with us, but they tried their best to take care of us when one of my daughter had a problem. The restaurant was good, and the staff, again, was really nice.

The room was rather standard. But we wouldn't complain about that, taking the cost into account.

Some of the staff were trying too hard. There were two beds pushed together instead of just one big mattress, i explicitly looked for that and was disappointed that they didn't have that.

We liked to stay there due to, 1. Its design of restaurant is very special and grand. 2. Their services are great and kindly.

the outdoor private terrase was beautiful. the breakfast was nice, the hotel offered tips where to travel in Giethoorn and rent bicycle for 5 euro a day.

It is in the north side of Giethoorn which is fr away from the central of villiage...

Very good breakfast and helpful staff .Tha location is also good and quiet , it's a good choice to stay.

The room is big but a little bit old .............

The owners were welcoming and informative. We chose this hotel because it was located on a canal outside of but a close bike ride to the village. The village is a little crowded due to all of the boats, bikes, and pedestrians in a small area. We were very happy with our room with a deck on a side canal with the only sounds being birds. Bikes and boats are available at the hotel.

Some of the food was very good, but most was mediocre. It was adequate.

Staff was amazingly informative about planning bike routes, which villages nearby to visit, activities in the area, and detailed instructions for self-guided boat tour of the region. Room was very comfortable, well-appointed. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again. Have bikes and boats for hire on premises, which is convenient

The staff were so friendly and helpful, instantly felt welcomed. The food was exquisite, catered for us specifically and we really appreciated the time and effort put into our meals. A perfect place to spend our 1st wedding Anniversary

Needs some in room devices like kettle and iron..and needs some outdoor activity for kids like playground..no nearby restaurant. And the hotel restaurant is expensive

The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly during my stay at Hotel de Harmonie. The hotel can be reached very easily by Bus 70 from Station Steenwijk for less than 15 minutes. The hotel is located at Giethoorn North, which is about 2km from the tourist centre. Yes, it can be a pain in the ass if you walk but with bikes, it's not a big problem (and you can rent them from the hotel). I was told by one of the local residents that Giethoorn North is one of the most beautiful part there. It actually looks less commercialized to me if you compare it with the ones near the tourist centre and it's only 2 minute walk from the hotel, how's that! Rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel restaurant is also great. Price are a little steep actually but generally speaking, still excellent value for the money. Will definitely choose Hotel de Harmonie again.

They should upgrade their room TVs. Lcd TVs are cheapos nowadays, it would make their rooms even better for a four star hotel. Breakfast is a little meager. Some small things but I think they can be improved easily.

Warm-hearted staffs, terrific environment and location, it's a place of serenity and harmony. This hotel is located at Giethoorn north, a little bit far from Giethoorn centrum, there are very beautiful bridges and houses but few people
