The harmony Apartment is around the corner from the Leidse Square and the famous Paradiso concert venue. It features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a separate living area. Guests can make use of a kitchen which includes a gas stove, an oven and a dishwasher. There is a dining table with all the necessary cutlery and crockery provided. The living room has a seating area set up around the TV with DVD player and cable channels. At the bathroom upstairs there is a separate bath tub and shower. Nice and clean, great place to chill, smoking is allowed. Roof top could do with a clean up, would be a perfect apartment if there was a more up to date television.

The whole apartment was modern, clean and comfortable and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. The only negative was a bit of noise from the bar downstairs late at night at the weekend and the street can be noisy at times but then it is amsterdam!

It was a really nice apartment, very practical. Hans was really nice in welcoming us. Will definitely consider it for the next time! A bath curtain would be great. The noise from outside but I guess it is unavoidable considering the area.

Отличные апартаменты. Удобное месторасположение, есть всё необходимое, приветливые хозяева. Останавливались в середине октября. Диско бар на 1-ом этаже не работал, поэтому по ночам было тихо. В общем, остались только положительные впечатления.

Офигенные трехэтажные апартаменты. Милые хозяева - девушка со мной смсмками заранее начала переписываться. Ее муж потом нас встретил, все объяснил, рассказал про Амстердам немного. Мы были вчетвером в этих апартаментах, места - за глаза хватило. Самое прикольное - терраса на крыше. Мы там вечером пили вино, было очень душевно. И круто, что в квартире два туалета, когда людей больше, чем двое, это спасает по утрам :) Довольно шумная (почти злачная) улица, на которой они расположены. В первую ночь до утра под окнами какие-то восточные люди отношения выясняли) Но мы так уставали, что было пофигу)

L'appartement est très bien situé (entre le centre et le quartier des musées), dans un quartier animé et vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants. C'est un endroit ultra touristique, fréquenté et facile d'accès (30 minutes à pied de la gare ou 10 minutes en tram, on traverse tout le centre du nord au sud). L'appartement en lui même est spacieux, une grande pièce de vie au premier (cuisine et salon avec clic-clac + toilette), deux chambres au second avec salle de bain toilette, enfin sur le toit une terrasse. C'est propre, le linge est fourni, etc... Si la situation est avantageuse... Le quartier est très bruyant. Le rez de chaussé de l'immeuble est occupé par un bar avec piste de danse !!! évidemment cela s'entend, l'appartement vibre et il est difficile de dormir dans la canapé lit du salon. Au deuxième c'est plus supportable, mais si vous avez le sommeil léger cela sera difficile de dormir. Aucune fenêtre n'est équipée de double vitrage. Il n'y a pas de volets et donc on est réveillé par le jour puisque les rideaux ne sont pas du tout opaques ! La douche de l'appartement est inutilisable car il manque la porte !!! Il reste la baignoire fort heureusement. Au prix de la nuit c'est tout juste acceptable. Vous devez payer en liquide le premier jour quand vous prenez les clés, la personne n'est pas hyper sympathique mais reste correcte.

Расположение относительно центра города, доступность общественного транспорта, шаговая доступность музейного квартала и торговой (брендовые бутики) улицы шум от расположенных под окнами ресторанов и, в частности, танцевального кафе (прямо под полом апартаментов). Но если как следует побродить по городу и магазинам, или поездить по чудным маленьким городкам Голландии, а потом ещё и посмотреть Евро-2012, то всё не так страшно.

Es una casa tipica de Amsterdam. Muy funcional y confortable. Está situada en una zona con mucho ambiente y cerca de los museos. Los dueños son muy amables.

Très beau appart. Très bien situé, à coté des Leidseplein. Tout est à proximité, les magasins, restos, clubs, supermarché. On peut faire tout à pied. Le tram est à coté aussi. Rue calme, pas beaucoup de bruit. Il y a eu un seul soucis. C'est l’écoulement d'eau. L'eau stagnait partout, dans la baignoire, cuvette de la salle de bain, cuisine.

De ligging, maar 400m. lopen naar het Leidseplein. Midden in een straatje met veel eettentjes. Voldoende linnengoed. Goed geoutilleerde keuken. Hulpvaardige en attente ontvangst en afscheid. Een leuk appartement met een paar tegenvallers. Het straatgeluid komt echt binnen. De kamer aan de voorkant heeft enkel glas en de straat werkt als een geluidsbox. Gesprekken op straat zijn letterlijk te volgen. Vooral op vrijdag- en zaterdag 's nachts veel herrie. Wat kleine mankementjes: een rolgordijn wat niet omhoog kon, toiletrolhouder defect. Vloerbedekking is niet zo fris meer.

Lage für Junge und Junggebliebene top, da mitten in der Stadt in einer belebten Strasse. Nicht unbedingt ideal mit Kleinkindern (Wohnung liegt auf zwei Etagen; Eingang durch eine sehr enge, steile Treppe), aber bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche war das für uns kein Problem. Wochenend-Nächte können mitunter etwas laut werden…
