Road noise keeping me awake most nights.................

Had a fantastic dinner at he Wilhelmina

Hotel some what dark and dreary Room clean but in need of updating

The location across from the rail and bus stations, a short walk from town centre and excellent restaurant. Breakfast spread was good, though they were unable to replenish some of the dishes that were finished by off by earlier guests.

The structure of the hotels leads to odd locations of some rooms. For example, being the last room on the floor could mean you have a window facing a landing thst can be accessed from the emergency exit outside your room door. You risk the lost of privacy and security if someone decides to hang out on the landing outside your window.

Great proximity to public transport, friendly staff and good facilities.

Hotel could do with a facelift. Bathrooms are outdated and especially showers are poorly fitted out.

Staff were all helpful,friendly and willing to engage in conversation. They all seemed happy at their work and there appeared to be a very good working relationship with each other.Location of hotel was excellent in realation to the railway and bus station. Rooms were extremely clean and cuisine was of a very high standard and reasonably priced.

The location by the station and easy reach of good shopping.the transfer bus to the floriade is right opposite the hotel but I would not bother going,it was rubbish.go to chelsea or hampton court! Lots of really good restaurants nearby. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast and rooms better than expected. Pleasant stay and would go again if we needed to be in venlo

There was no tea making facilities in room which I am sure was one of the reasons I booked it. This is inconvenient and really adds to the price of the stay if you have to order them.

Family-run. Good food. Convenient location.

Spartan bedroom, with no comfortable chairs and poor lighting. Long wait for food in restaurant at dinner.

The hotel has a good restaurant.

I would not recomend this hotel to any one . The meal service was far to slow any it wasnt as if the staff were rushed off there feet and the meals were nothing to write home about, The bath/shower in our room is an accident waiting to happen no none slip surface on the bottom of the bath . I wish that we had gone with our original idea and stopped at the Hoggenboon site at Arcen far superior. Idont know how this hotel got a three star rating it is far to expensive for what it is premier inns are better and cheaper. Never again.

Located near the station.

No aircondition/ventilation, the rooms towards the street where too noisy.

Location not far from airport

no hotel shuttle bus between airport as mention when made a booking

Clean room, good breakfast. Staff was understanding, that we were late because of traffic and didn't make a fuss about it.

Wasn't lit at night. We were there at 3am due to congestion in Germany and had trouble to spot a hotel along the street. Also a map printed from a link on the confirmation was very confusing and misleading.
