Fantastic location, unique space and welcoming hosts. Quirky wireless internet that would install a trojan if DNS could not resolve.

Norman was amazing. He checked us in and showed us around the apartment. He gave us advice about where to eat, etc. There was a welcome bottle of Prosecco and stroopwaffles for us! Nice touch. The bed was super comfy and everything was new. We were also able to leave our luggage safely in the building after checkout. Great place to stay.

The location was excellent. The apartment was clean, functional, comfortable enough for a short or even longer stay. Well, where should I start? It was by far the worse experience I had with a hotel (actually the owner pretends that the place is not a hotel- but you will see the big sign from the entrance, and even if they are renting apartments they are doing this, or they should do this like a regular hotel). The so called renting condition(by the way, ask for the contract previous to your arrival) are different from the ones specified on booking. They charged me the full amount in advance, not only 30% (but I didn't mind this), the check in and the check out hours are different, but be careful, even if you are paying the extra fees you will have the surprise to find out that you cannot leave any time you want so you can still miss your early flight ( and the employee will tell you that either you leave at 1 am either after 7 because she can't afford to loose one night). After unpleasant conversations over the email with the owner he agreed to do the check out the previous day(and not paying an extra extra charge) but the lady was late 45 minutes and she didn't even apologised for the delay. Be careful that you have to pay for the cleaning, and not an extra one, the normal thing that they are doing after every customer, I hope. Another thing, the actual apartment is much smaller than I would expected, it is advertised as a 60 square and I don't think it has more than 40-45. It is tidy and clean but it lacks the so called design. It was far from what I expected to be. And the rudeness and the arrogance of the owner and that employee made me to regret choosing this place even more.
