Hotel Heemskerk

El trato ha sido excepcional, en cuanto a simpatía y amabilidad, pero también con los excelentes consejos de sitios que visitar y su ayuda eficaz para conseguir entradas a museos por internet. Además, el hotel es bonito y limpio, el jacuzzi de la habitación maravilloso, la situación buena (junto a la Museumplein y con 2 tranvías al centro casi en la puerta) y el desayuno muy completo. Realmente un hotel estupendo, con una gran relación calidad/precio, que disfrutamos nosotros y nuestros hijos.

No se me ocurre, de verdad, lo pasamos muy bien en Amsterdam y la elección de este hotel tuvo mucho que ver en ello.

We loved the friendliness and the intimacy of the hotel. It's location was super. very quiet at nightime.

I felt as if I was visiting some close friends or relatives during my stay there. Sabine and Norman always took a personal interest in what I was doing and almost kept a motherly eye on me. They were always helpful and cheerful, Hotel was right next to tram stops, the main museums and the Concert Hall which was a reason for choosing it. The room had everything you needed and the bathroom was roomy, clean and comfortable.

The single bed was a bit narrow and the room was rather tiny. But then again, the hotel advertises itself as the smallest 3star hotel in Amsterdam

This hotel was absolutely fabulous - there were four of us traveling together and there is nothing we did not like about this hotel!

Staff were terrific, very helpful about restaurants, directions, buses and airport taxi. Excellent breakfast for 10 euros a day.

Noisy bar across the street. People yelling and screaming on the street at night. Too expensive and it needs a lot of upgrading. Clean but torn wallpaper, grubby rugs, scuffed walls and woodwork. Should be about a third less in price !

The Hotel is a gem. Location is a very quiet street between two important square. Spacious and clean double room. Incredibly comfortable wide bed. Rich and genuine breakfast. Norman and Sabine are two delicious persons, who take care of everything you need, including a special gluten-free breakfast for us. You feel like at your own home. The location was within walking distance from the action of Amsterdam as well as within banks, restaurants etc.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient but quiet. Breakfast was very good, and value for money.

I cannot think of anything I did not like about this hotel.
