Hotel Heemskerk

Hotel tranquilo y familiar. Hay una recepcionista española, muy simpatica y agradable que nos explicó sobre las "instrucciones" del hotel y sobre la propia ciudad. Menos mal, porque el resto de recepcionistas no eran de mucha ayuda, la verdad

Atención del personal bastante flojilla. A menudo no habia nadie en recepción y eran demasiado secos. La reposición en la hab. de cafe, te, azucar, etc muy mal. De que sirve tener Nespresso y tetera en la hab si no te reponen nada, ni siquiera los vasos y cucharillas? La situación tempoco es demasiado buena, hay 1 hora paseando hasta central station

Que el cuarto del hotel estaba muy lindo. su jacuzzi sensacional. Muy bien ubicado.Muy amable el personal

Que no tenga una terraza para fumar. te tienes que salir a la calle.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient but quiet. Breakfast was very good, and value for money.

I cannot think of anything I did not like about this hotel.

You have the impression to be at friends'home. It is central (close to the Museums and the Concertgebouw). A bus line from the airport stops almost in front of the hotel.. The people are vey nice and helpful. A good deal for a week end in Amsterdam if your budget is medium-size.

Proprietor Norman's friendliness lends the feeling of being amongst friends, in contrast to the impersonal feeling of most hotels. We loved our room as well, warm and cosy and beautifully decorated. Norman's personal touch blends well with the hotel's art deco touches, such as the fireplace inside the main entrance.

Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Good location.

Nice decorated family run hotel

Too noisy- you could hear everything form rooms next to your room

Hotel is nery nice. The room (for 4 persons) was large (we were 2 ...). Great location - between rai and center, 2 minutes from Leidsplein, 10 from Dam (by tram).

The price - but that was all around Amsterdam at that time.

Staff, location, room, everything.

Breakfast is not as high standard as the rest of the hotel and costs 10 euro.

Excellent location (at Museumplein), between the center and RAI, exactly what I needed. The hotel staff is really friendly. From this time on I will focus on small hotels like this one.

My room was rather small, nothing for claustrofobic people. But I it wasn´t a problem since I stayed out most of the time.
