Hotel Heemskerk

Super accueil de la part de Sabine (et en Français !!). L'hotel est bien situé (proche des musées) pour découvrir la ville, tout en retrouvant le calme du quartier pour se reposer. Petit déjeuner fameux !!

Attention au stationnement payant, c'est cher !

L'accueil y est particulièrement personnalisé, extrêmement sympathique. Nous avons bénéficié d'une aide précieuse pour faciliter la vie au qotidien mais aussi pour préparer nos visites et excursions. C'est formidable lorsque le but du séjour est la découverte d'Amsterdam.

Très bon accueil et gentillesse du personnel avec une restauration du petit déjeuner excellente.

Attention a la qualité de l'ambiance des chambres, pas assez d'aération au 2ème étage manque d'air! Il manque de l'aération

L'accueil très sympatique, la propreté, le calme de la chambre, la localisation (à 5mn à pied des musées Rijks et Van Gogh et à 10 mn du Dam en tramway)

Prix un peu cher quand même pour une chambre au deuxième étage avec une douche...Mais c'est peut être l'effet Amsterdam

We loved the friendliness and the intimacy of the hotel. It's location was super. very quiet at nightime.

I felt as if I was visiting some close friends or relatives during my stay there. Sabine and Norman always took a personal interest in what I was doing and almost kept a motherly eye on me. They were always helpful and cheerful, Hotel was right next to tram stops, the main museums and the Concert Hall which was a reason for choosing it. The room had everything you needed and the bathroom was roomy, clean and comfortable.

The single bed was a bit narrow and the room was rather tiny. But then again, the hotel advertises itself as the smallest 3star hotel in Amsterdam

This hotel was absolutely fabulous - there were four of us traveling together and there is nothing we did not like about this hotel!

Staff were terrific, very helpful about restaurants, directions, buses and airport taxi. Excellent breakfast for 10 euros a day.

Noisy bar across the street. People yelling and screaming on the street at night. Too expensive and it needs a lot of upgrading. Clean but torn wallpaper, grubby rugs, scuffed walls and woodwork. Should be about a third less in price !

The Hotel is a gem. Location is a very quiet street between two important square. Spacious and clean double room. Incredibly comfortable wide bed. Rich and genuine breakfast. Norman and Sabine are two delicious persons, who take care of everything you need, including a special gluten-free breakfast for us. You feel like at your own home. Hello Norman and Sabine, greetings from Naples.

The location was within walking distance from the action of Amsterdam as well as within banks, restaurants etc.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient but quiet. Breakfast was very good, and value for money.

I cannot think of anything I did not like about this hotel.
