HEM Hotel Amsterdam

Perfektní přístup zaměstnanců hotelu, poměrně široký výběr jídla u snídaně, dobrá dostupnost do centra města.

Celkový dojem z hotelu i zaměstnanců, v pořádku. V blízkosti letiště. V klidné části města v blízkosti obchodu s potravinami a novinovým stánkem.

Mizerně označená cesta k hotelu. Nejsme jediní co ho zdlouhavě hledali, přitom by stačila jedna či dvě cedule. Je daleko od centra. Do něj se dostanete za 20-30 min tramvají = 1 až 1 1/2 hodiny pěšky. Pokud si objednáte pokoj s akční cenou, počítejte s tím, že budete v pokoji bez AC, s okny, která jdou špatně otevřít, s výhledem do škaredého dvora s kuřárnou a při příchodu k pokoji si budete připadat, že jste vstoupili do sekce pro zaměstnance housekeepingu. Skoro nic není v ceně. Na ručníky jsme čekali do 8:30pm. Parkování pro kola v areálu hotelu ale venku na dešti.

Hotel v pěkném a klidném prostředí, kousek od stanice tramvaje. Velmi příznivá cena za pobyt v hotelu a snadná dostupnost z letiště. Vynikající snídaně formou švédského stolu.

Určitě okolí a prostředí,že to nebylo v centru,ale tramvají jsme tam byli za 5min.Jinak vše v pořádku a určitě se tam vrátíme

nelíbilo se nám,že jsme nemeli výhled ven,ale na chodbu a jediný nedostatek,že v rezervačním dotazníku je kuřácký X nekuřácký pokoj a pak jsme přijeli a byl celý hotel nekuřácký.to by se mělo vylepšit a napsat to rovnou.

The rooms are big and clean, the staff were all happy and to speak and were very good at speaking English. Was a great location just out of the city centre but with a tram line very close by going straight in.

food and drinks were very expensive. although staff were polite, they were not that welcoming nor did they try to help us. e.g. we asked for a takeaway number but the woman just said she didn't know one and that was it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was top quality. It was nice to be able to open the large windows for fresh air. The tram to the city center was easy to access.

The beds were small and uncomfortable. Two tiny twin beds pushed up against each other. We could not snuggle together. The pillows were lumpy. There was mold growing in the tiles on the bathroom floor, in the grout around the sink, and in the floor of the shower.

The parking.

Bathroom was dirty. Told front staff but nothing done. Beds and bedding were old and worn. HEM might think about spending some of that overpriced gains on renovating the hotel.

The garden is very beautiful and well maintained.

The window in the bedroom wasn't in working order, when I complained I was sent an employee who was supposed to teach me how to shut the window, he then very galantly and with the most admirable face, slammed with all of his strength, shutting the window and looking at me as if that was completely normal behaviour and in working order. I didn't wish to argue and as it was fairly cold kept the window shut for the rest of my staying. I could've gone down and argued with the staff and I'm sure they would've provided me another room after I've gone through all that trouble, however since I was on a holiday I did not wish to go through that trouble.

Close to the city by public transport. Nice room. Staff from the hotel very helpful.

Bathroom was disgusting. Rooms very noisy. no well isolated. Anytime neighbours close the door you could feel it in your room. Difficult to find the hotel.

The position was ok and the breakfast is abundant.

Not much control on people over night. Some were very noisy.

Very good price for the room. Big room, very modern looking, nice garden in front. Me and my wife was very impress. We have a lot of space remaining after we put the baby cot.

The elevator was not working to that level (3rd)
