το μπανιο ηταν παλιο και το ιντερνετ επρεπε να ειναι δωρεαν

Eυγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ εξυπηρετική reception

Επιβάλεται η ανακαίνιση στο μπάνιο των δωματιών και η τοποθέτηση ψυγείου στο δωμάτιο

Το πρωινό καλό ,όπως και ο χώρος του πρωινού .Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης .

Απαράδεκτη ντουζιέρα .Απαιτούνταν ικανότητες κασκαντέρ για να πλυθείς .Δεν υπήρχαν στο μπάνιο κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες ..Το στρώμα του κρεββατιού μέτριο .

Θα ήταν καλό αν έκανε μια μικρή ανακαίνιση. Κάποιο παράθυρο του δωματίου μας έβαζε νερά.

Το προσωπικο ήταν γενικα αρκετα ευχαριστο αλλα μερικοι receptionists δεν ηταν καθολου ευχαριστοι κ εκνευριζόντουσαν με οσους δεν μιλαγανε καλα αγγλικα. Επισης Απτην αρχη της διαμονης μας ήταν χαλασμενο το τηλέφωνο στο δωματιο κ κανεις δεν το εφτιαξε 6 μερες που μειναμε κ αναγκαζομασταν να ανεβοκατεβαινουμε στο ξενοδοχειο για να συννενοηθουμε με τον φιλο μας που εμενε στο ισογειο.

μεγαλα - καθαρα (σχετικα) δωματια, ωραια διακοσμηση, κοντα στο τραμ.

την καθαριοτητα των σεντονιων και των πετσετων(υπηρχαν τριχες απο αλλους). το ντους του δωματιου μας δεν ηταν ευχρηστο ενω σε αλλα δωματια ηταν οκ. το ξενοδοχειο αποτελειται απο δυο κτιρια και αυτο που βρισκεται απεναντι απο τη ρεσεψιον ειναι σε κακη κατασταση και καμια σχεση με το αλλο που ειναι καινουριο.

The rooms are big and clean, the staff were all happy and to speak and were very good at speaking English. Was a great location just out of the city centre but with a tram line very close by going straight in.

food and drinks were very expensive. although staff were polite, they were not that welcoming nor did they try to help us. e.g. we asked for a takeaway number but the woman just said she didn't know one and that was it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was top quality. It was nice to be able to open the large windows for fresh air. The tram to the city center was easy to access.

The beds were small and uncomfortable. Two tiny twin beds pushed up against each other. We could not snuggle together. The pillows were lumpy. There was mold growing in the tiles on the bathroom floor, in the grout around the sink, and in the floor of the shower.

The parking.

Bathroom was dirty. Told front staff but nothing done. Beds and bedding were old and worn. HEM might think about spending some of that overpriced gains on renovating the hotel.

The garden is very beautiful and well maintained.

The window in the bedroom wasn't in working order, when I complained I was sent an employee who was supposed to teach me how to shut the window, he then very galantly and with the most admirable face, slammed with all of his strength, shutting the window and looking at me as if that was completely normal behaviour and in working order. I didn't wish to argue and as it was fairly cold kept the window shut for the rest of my staying. I could've gone down and argued with the staff and I'm sure they would've provided me another room after I've gone through all that trouble, however since I was on a holiday I did not wish to go through that trouble.

Close to the city by public transport. Nice room. Staff from the hotel very helpful.

Bathroom was disgusting. Rooms very noisy. no well isolated. Anytime neighbours close the door you could feel it in your room. Difficult to find the hotel.

The position was ok and the breakfast is abundant.

Not much control on people over night. Some were very noisy.
