Damp room, poor food choice.

Crappy, moldy and thin walls, missing shower drain cover, uncomfortable pillows. Instead of blocking immediately withdrawn the booking price from the bankaccount.

The price is highly competitive with this level of facilities, the neighborhood is quite decent and safe. Close to a light-rail station (about 5 mins walk).

A bit far from the Amsterdam city center (but this can be partly compensated by the public transportation). The hotel is located among several residence communities and the courtyard gate is not on a mail road, making it a little difficult to arrive.

Someone else checked in on my reservation under my name before I even come in to hotel!! I was told that I am aready there when I came in!!After that I was Checked in to wrong room. Plced in different room than booked - much Cheaper. Moved to right one on second night without any excuse!! no one even said sorry. I had ask for that on my own!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, very well spoken English. Plenty of on site parking, behind locked gates. 24 hr food pizzeria. Secure. Lovely tulip garden out front.

The rooms had not been cleaned properly under the beds before we got there.

Spacious, clean, quiet and cheaper than most hotels in Amsterdam.

It was very cold, I can't imagine how it must be in winter.

No hotel name on the building. Harsh surrounding. Worn out.

The guy on 'night-shift' in the kitchen was most obliging, friendly, and rustled up a nice take-away meal for us to enjoy in our room. Comfy bed. This is an adequate hotel, no frills. good value for the location.

All other staff were below par in their customer service. Don't expect any frills..not even shampoo / a kettle in room. Black mould in grouting of bathroom.

Real value for money.

Stayed here two years ago at the hostel side which provided towels and toiletries in the rooms. This time I stayed in the hotel side, which I hoped would have been a better experience. However I was mistaken. When I first approached the room door after collecting my key card,the door was ajar instead of locked closed. The lights were awfully dim and the toilet floors were wet. The pillows did not have covers and its seemed like they had taken a sofa cushion instead of proper pillows for us to sleep in. There was no toiletries in the bathrooms as well (which is a surprise from two years ago in the hostel side). I had wished they had informed me earlier about this so that i could have prepared my own, having arrived at 12midnight when all the shops were closed and i could purchase any shampoo or soap.

1.The hotel does not look at all like the photos on the web and also the rooms. 2.We had a room with the lift shaft in the room so you hear every move of the lift. 3.The air con did not even work and was promised that they will come and fix it but never returned. 4.The bar fridge didn't work and as we ask about it we were told that is was not suppose to be in the room. 5.There was nothing available to make coffee/tea with which is 99% of the time standard in hotel rooms. 6. Our room key had to be replace twice due to they cant get into the room. 7.The staff just barged in while we there. they could be lucky we wasn't naked or anything..... :-(

Friendly and helpful staff, food was great, easy to get to the central and back by tran and train, hotel was nice and clean.

Nothing.

It was chilly and the hotel hasn't got a central heating system; we had kind of fan (heater) on the wall that was noisy and dried the air, but it helped to survive. The room light is poor as there are only 1,5 Wt bulbs, - that's crazy! I'm not a cat, I can't see in the dark!

The wifi is slow.

Confortable for the price (we got an exceptional promotion of 33 € per night, room for 4, without breakfast), room large enough and everything working properly, confortable beds, heating efficient and silent, not too far from the center of Amsterdam (tram 2 at 400 meters walk). Staff were nice.

Not a selective hotel, of course, breakfast and parking too expensive for a suburban hotel (taxi 25 euros to Amsterdam center and 30 to Schipol), decoration poor.

The price was excellent and the location wasn't bad. Staff were friendly and as it's the second time I stayed, wasn't bad overall.

The heating wasn't working and the beds were uncomfortable, but maybe that's my age. We were given a portable heater which clanked quite a bit but for the price I can't complain really.

Aircon didn´t work, one bed out of four had bedbugs

The room rate is very reasonable; The staff are friendly and helpful; Small breakfast at Euro 3.75 is value for money; Though not at Central station, it is very easy to hop onto tram #2 that takes only about 20 mins; The room size is large and reasonably comfortable (in terms of room rate.) All the reception personnel are helpful; I will definitely stay here again for future trips.

There isn't anything I did not like during my stay. Considering the room rate, I have more compliments than complaints.

Economy rooms are too econony: torcher wasn't working, only table light, so it was darky, conditioner and fridge weren't working, draughts were hard, almost blowing away, and accidentally, in through our room was entrance to technical lift cabin

Room fine no problems, location far out but easily accessible by tram, area not too bad despite negative comments.
