ništa,jedino pozitivno cijena i lokacija uz ring

katastrofa,soba bez mogučnošću otvaranja prozora a nema unutarnjo-vanjski ,protok zraka , samo klasični klima uređaj koji hladi ili grije, tražio zamjenu sobe ali recepcioner nije nikome ništa prenio tako da smo morali ostati u sobu u kojoj mi se kosa na glavi ježila kada bih ušao kroz vrata koja se nisu mogla dobroi zatvoriti,

It was nice hotel with a big room, but everything inside were old.Old furniture, old shower, old TV.But it was clean inside and warm.For people who wants only to sleep there it's a good hotel.Tramway station is 5 min from hotel,15 min and you are in the center of the city.Also there era 2 supermarkets near the hotel.And also in the hotel they have a nice caffe with a tasty pizza.We payed more than its price because we were on the weekend.But i can say that it's a nice hotel.

The room was dark, and furniture is old.

The male receptionist and barman were excellent in their customer service

I ordered with my credit card and normally pay cash when leaving but they had already charged my card before I checked out.

locker facility was good and was helpful as we were allowed to keep the luggage after check out. this was very useful. Thanks

Room heater was not working. Had to call multiple times to get alternative. Check in time was not flexible. Only at 2PM check in was allowed whereas I reached hotel at 11AM.

Cheap accomodation, not far from center.

The cleanliness can be better. Mice!!!

Very nice, clean room. Good shower, good coffee and food. Very friendly staff, no curfew and no knocking doors to get in late at night. Staff on duty 24/7. Quiet due to distance out. Very easy to get to from airport, only 25 mins from Schipol if you know the way (use the nl journey planner online) much better than centraal station route.

It is a long way out, (15 mins from Leidseplein by tram) fine during day, night bus once an hour, you need to be able to plan! I did walk it and only half hour through the vondelpark, quite a pleasant walk.

Its price! We got a 3 bed room for 39 euros. The hotel offered a 24hr cafe and a restaurant ( although it was very small with only 6 tables ) which was very much welcomed after a long day off travel. The beds were comfy and room of generous size.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus from Schiphol airport, advertised on their website for a fee. When we got to the airport there was no sign anywhere amongst the other shuttle bus services for hem hotel. When I phoned the hotel they assured there was a sign and shuttlebus and if we couldnt find it we should take the train. We then spoke to someone at the shuttlebus services who informed us Hem hotel shuttlebus was part of Connexion and was not signposted as HemHotel and that the cost would be 16 euros per person per ride which meaned for 2 of us 64 euros in total for 2 rides just to get to the hotel and back! Ridiculously expensive!!!!.. We ended up taking the train and taxi for a total of 40 euros. THe room we stayed in had a glass wall for the shower (very odd !!) and the shower had a hole in the floor as a drain and no atteachment for shower head. The room was also next to a hallway door which i heard closing throughout the night

Simply nothing.

Hotel is old And not renovated for ages. Smell on the room (cigaretes, old equipment) awfull. Colors dull. I would not recommend It to anybody.

We liked the price, beds were comfortable

Parking wasn't for free, 12 euro per day, there were warning signs "Parking is on your own risk"!!! At least if we had to pay for it offer some kind of security otherwise they better don't charge!! Rooms had a smell as we first got in, we had to open the windows and keep them open for the rest of the day so it would get better for the time to go to sleep... Finally I really wonder wich hotel is the one from the pictures!!!! When I see the pictures definitely this was not the hotel I booked!!! Disappointed!

wouldn't been much better if there is a cattle and teas/coffees in the room. the elevators to 4th floor is terrible. It made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel for the price I paid. Near to metro station and tram stop. Cool and calm place.

Metro station is about 7 mints walk...

Good public transport. Helpful sttaff. Good breakfast and good evening food.

Very poor lighting in bedroom and also in downstairs bar - only went to Bar once due to dingy feel largely caused by inadequate lighting. In bedroom we like to read but made impossible by very low wattage of light bulbs
