In camera hotelului se afla o carte care descria Amsterdamul foarte bine, adica cam tot ce poate face un turist in acest oras, cam tot ce il poate interesa: de la restaurante, biserici si muzee de vizitat pana la traditiile daneze si istoricul cladirilor. |

Generally speaking, I believe the hotel offers reasonable value for money. I think that the breakfast provided is extremely good. I did not like the smell of cannabis smoke that often seemed to be wafting around the corridors and lobby. I believe that the cost of the (excellent) breakfast is very high. It is substantially cheaper in New York, for instance. I was not happy with the cost of a coffee in the bar ... 3.5 euros is extremely expensive for coffee from a machine. And I thought that security in the baggage room, which has a broken lock, was non-existent. |

The rooms are big and clean, the staff were all happy and to speak and were very good at speaking English. Was a great location just out of the city centre but with a tram line very close by going straight in. food and drinks were very expensive. although staff were polite, they were not that welcoming nor did they try to help us. e.g. we asked for a takeaway number but the woman just said she didn't know one and that was it. |

Good service and clean rooms. Staff were happy to assist with problems we had. Staff sometimes seemed quite cold when first approached. Access to the hotel was also slightly inconvenient. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was top quality. It was nice to be able to open the large windows for fresh air. The tram to the city center was easy to access. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Two tiny twin beds pushed up against each other. We could not snuggle together. The pillows were lumpy. There was mold growing in the tiles on the bathroom floor, in the grout around the sink, and in the floor of the shower. |

Cheap to stay in. good size of the room. A bit far from the city centre. Dirty bathroom. There were insects in the room every where something like ants (in bed, bathroom, and finally found their way to our suitcases). I told the receptionist about it and he said he will change my room but they didn't. |

The parking. Bathroom was dirty. Told front staff but nothing done. Beds and bedding were old and worn. HEM might think about spending some of that overpriced gains on renovating the hotel. |

The garden is very beautiful and well maintained. The window in the bedroom wasn't in working order, when I complained I was sent an employee who was supposed to teach me how to shut the window, he then very galantly and with the most admirable face, slammed with all of his strength, shutting the window and looking at me as if that was completely normal behaviour and in working order. I didn't wish to argue and as it was fairly cold kept the window shut for the rest of my staying. I could've gone down and argued with the staff and I'm sure they would've provided me another room after I've gone through all that trouble, however since I was on a holiday I did not wish to go through that trouble. |

I thought that the hotel facilities (bar, restaurant, breakfast room) were good. It was fairly well connected to the city centre. In our room the carpet was soaking wet around the bathroom door, this made the room smell like wet dog! There were loose floor tiles in the bathroom and there was mould in the shower, the shower door was broken and wouldn't close (possibly why the floor tiles were loose). The toilet cistern took about 20 minutes to (very noisily) refill after flushing, this is very annoying when trying to sleep. We complained to hotel staff, however, they didn't seem to care or be willing to do about it. |

Close to the city by public transport. Nice room. Staff from the hotel very helpful. Bathroom was disgusting. Rooms very noisy. no well isolated. Anytime neighbours close the door you could feel it in your room. Difficult to find the hotel. |

Friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and tidy. We had a free 72 hour public transport ticket and breakfast as part of a promotion, so for what we paid, it was excellent value. The sheets weren't great, beds probably could do with undersheets. Sink continuously backing up. |

Very good price for the room. Big room, very modern looking, nice garden in front. Me and my wife was very impress. We have a lot of space remaining after we put the baby cot. The elevator was not working to that level (3rd) |
