Die sehr günstige Lage zum Flughafen Schippol und somit die Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ,um nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. |

Shuttle Bus zum Bahnhof Amsterdam nur 100 m entfernt Sehr laut. Man hört jedes Wort auf dem Flur und die Türen der Nachbarzimmer. Man denkt jederzeit das jemand ins eigene Zimmer kommt. Das sollte verbessert werden. |

The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms clean and neat. The hotel is close to the airport and there is access to a shuttle bus which stops nearby. |

Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is far from city center. There is no shop and no restaulant near the hotel, but I guess the restaulant in the hotel must be nice because many guest were there. No mini bar. |

The location of the hotel suited our stay, we could walk to family and it was convenient to the tram, highways and airport.The breakfast at the hotel was very good and they were very eagar to please us. |

There was no air conditioning in our rooms and no lift in the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive and I left the meal feeling hungry. |

the rooms were very comfortable ,clean and also very light. The staff were very helpfull. The breakfast could have had a better selection of cereals and bread and the eggs were cold at times. |

There is no shuttle from the Hotel to the airport. You have to walk to the Novotel. It is not far but I wish I would have known. |
