As a family of five, I have twins, 4 and a 2 year old, this hotel is so comfortable, clean, and big! We were right at the foots steps of some great family resturants and shopping. The location was great!! There was a close parking garage which was a plus for us, since we drove. We enjoyed our stay at Haarlem Hotel and we will book there again and again.....thank you!!! The steep stairs, but my girls did very good on them. Also, a little bit of smoke smell from down stairs, not bad and not all the time. Overall, we will book here again! |

That the hotel was in the centre of the square so great ease of use Steep stairs were hard to get used to but you soon got used to it |

The room was a multi-story townhouse with two bedrooms and all amenities, including a porch. WOW! We were impressed. Two blocks from the parking garage, and surrounded by great restaurants. Just a short walk to the train station. Maybe, we should be keeping this posh secret hideaway to ourselves. If the proprietor would upgrade the master bedroom mattress, even with a foam-pad, then I would want to live there. |

Das Hotel ist im Herzen von Haarlem. Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um eine Appartement ohne Rezeption. Das Schlafzimmer war zum Glück nach hinten raus und somit ruhig. Alles mit netten Ikea-Möbeln eingerichtet. Es wurde bei der Buchung nicht deutlich, dass sich das Appartement nicht bei der Rezeption befindet. Schlechte Kommunikation, da niemand auf uns gewartet hat, obwohl wir einen Late-check-in schriftlich angemeldet hatten. Sehr schlecht auch, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen konnte. Auch das hätte man uns vorher per Mail mitteilen können, dann hätten wir 10,- Euro Auslandsgebühr bei der Barabhebung gespart!! |

Wij hebben in suite de Gravin gelogeerd. Het is eigenlijk een appartement. Heel groot, 2 slaapkamers, keuken, woonkamer, inklu wasmachine en strijkplank. Helemaal compleet en smaakvol ingericht, inkl. Senseo, thee en 2 flesjes wijn.We konden ontbijt op bed bestellen, wat binnen 15 minuten bezorgd werd.Echt een aanrader als je de stad wilt bezoeken. Je kan er makkelijk met een gezin in. Je moet bij de Boulangerie om de hoek de sleutel halen. We kwamen om 18.00 uur aan, echter de Boulangerie was al dicht om 17.30 uur. Geen mobiel telnr op de deur, alleen een vast nummer met een voicemail. Gelukkig werd wel gereageerd op het inspreken en 10 min later werden we geholpen. Er staat dus niet voor niets op de bevestiging dat je voor 17.30 uur de sleutel moet halen. |

Een ruime,goed ingerichte kamer direct in het centrum van de stad. Musea, terassen, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. De tussenwand bij de slaapkamer is wel hard nodig, s' nachts is er wel wat geluid van straat. |

Leuke ligging, erg romantisch, gezellig. Ik had een 2 kamerappartement, dus apart zit en slaapgedeelte. Koelkast, waterkoker en flesjes wijn aanwezig. Gewoon Super!!! |

Le fait d'avoir quasi son propre appartement car il n'y a pas toute cette structure hôtelière comme chaque fois. Une impression de chez soi. Tout le confort et la proximité du centre ville. |

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons netjes naar de locatie gebracht, via steile trap naar boven naar de ruime suite. Gezellig ingericht en comfortabel. De verwarming in de woonkamer was kapot en werd niet gerepareerd, gordijnen sloten niet helemaal, door oa enkel glas is het erg gehorig 's nachts door uitgaanspubliek en ruzie op straat. |

We zaten in Lange Veer ii: Ligging in het centrum was heel plezierig; goed idee om extra muur aan te brengen tegen geluidsoverlast (staat nog niet op de foto's: gescheiden zit- en slaapkamer); goed ontbijt; vanaf terras leuk uitzicht over een hofje en de kerk. Was iets stoffig (maar niet vies). Voor oude mensen: twee vrij steile trappen te nemen (voor ons geen probleem). |

La "boulangerie" située à 200 m est un genre de petit café typiquement hollandais, donc pas de personnel d'hotel. L'appartement se situait à 200 m dans un tout petit immeuble (2 apparts.) Petit déjeuner qu'à partir de 8 h 30 dans le café-bistrot (dont le soir à mon arrivée vers 19 h, juste avant fermeture, l'apparence ne laissait pas respirer propreté et soin, seules 2 serveuses étaient là. Ce n'est pas un hotel !!! le café brasserie n'invite pas à un petit déjeuner, ce que j'ai trouvé 300 m plus loin à l'hotel stempels (très bel endroit, très soigneux et produits impeccables et très frais). |

Compleet appartement Ontbijt pas vanaf 9.00 uur mogelijk erg slecht, zeker als je afspraken hebt staan. Niet geschikt voor mensen die dit zakelijk boeken. Geen service, zou gepoetst worden alleen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen verder werd het bed niet opgemaakt en helemaal niets. Prijs/kwaliteit verhaal daardoor helemaal scheef. Zomerdekbed op bed, veel te dun en dus veel te koud. Heel veel lawaai op de dakraam pal boven |

Rustige suite, maar toch pal in het centrum bij alle winkels en restaurants. Het is iets anders dan een gewoon hotel, en dat heeft z'n charme. Mooi uitzicht op Bavo-kerk, leuk balkon in suite nr. II In nr. I werd veel gerookt en door slechte ventilatie rookten wij gratis mee cq weg. Geen gordijnen in badkamer, dus als je in bad zat genoot de Haarlemse binnenstad mee. In slaapkamer sluiten de gordijnen niet goed dicht: niet erg in herfst/winter, niet handig in zomer. Niet helemaal 100% schoon. Doordat het maar 1 nachtje is, is de accommodatie wel charmant. |
