The location and the ease of parking. We have stayed here before and it was great the first time. Quick access to Amsterdam center by Tram - 15 minute ride. It is also nice to get a little farther out of the center at night. You can get some good rest. No access to restaurants outside the hotel. There is nothing within walking distance. |

Location , breakfast is not bad, attentive reception staff Had to move my luggage without porter help as unavailable.Room and especially bathroom needs more decoration , expensive compared to other holiday Inn, Internet costly |

The room, Location 5 mins to Tram station, Promo Priced! During check in I was told by the reception room was fully book and they have arrange another hotel just across the road( Novetel) So I procceed to hotel they have arrange, but went I reach the Hotel reception told me they( holiday Inn) have make a mistake. And I have to proceed back to that hotel..... What kind of arrange was that....-10 |

The room we stayed was family room. The room size was too small to walk, because 80% of room was occupied by beds. The floor, especially the end of beds, was not cleaned up, because someone's nails were on it. |

Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Nice bathroom with shower. Very nice staff. No internet Included with the hotel rate. I've never had to pay for internet usage at a hotel!!!!!!!! Also, even if we paid, it was only a wired connection. This is 2009,...every hotel has wireless!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The hotel has a restaurant and walking distance to train station. Only 20 minutes to city center. Room did not have drawers to place your clothes. |

Great beds and linens. Very American. It was also very quite. Great location near to the Tram. We were able to get to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes by tram and save a bunch of money on Parking. |

Outside the noisy city centre, but 7 minutes travel with tram to the centre of the city, tram and train station 100 metres from hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel was quite, value for money! |

The hotel has parking slots in the underground garage of adjacent buiding however the price was extremely high (Euro 27 per night) and no discount for hotel guests. |
