as a chain hotel, it is clean and well managed. the breakfast is good.

have to say it is not good value for money, even the internet is 24 euro per day. staff was fine but not better than a private hotel. it happens to be the queens day the day we stay, so the RAI metro station closed. thats really not convinient.

That I still have to pay for internet access. In addition, the cost per day is high with Euro 22. When you buy 3 days, it drops to 15 per day, which is still high. It should be free of extra charges like water and electricity. We are in 2013!! Wake up. Parking space is very limited at e 25. In the nearby Q-Parking I was charged e 40 per day. Together with the wifi that could be e 62 extra per night stay!!

Service Room

All extras are unreal expensive (wi-fi for ex = 22 euro per day)!!! Too cold at the room. Not individual bath/shampoo but a big bottle with budjet "Dove' Sometimes we were waiting coffee at breakfast till 10 minutes because they have only one coffeе machine at the dinnerroom. They charged me different (?) parts of payment and sent sms every night (near 3!!!)

Friendly and helpful staff on check-in and check-out. Bar staff were good in the evening.

Pillows small and a bit hard for me. Had to log in every time I wanted to use wifi even though I had 2 days of service.

I was in Amesterdam for the ise Exhibition. Although my booking was changed to three nights by booking.com a day before (after a confirmation from the hotel reservations) , the hotel still charged me for four. The attitude of the reception employees was cold, rude, and non-cooprative. My credit card was charged for the full three days before moving into the room although my booking was not a prepaid one. There should be a serious reconsideration regarding the four stars this hotel claims to have; especially during international exhibition periods.

Easy to park, accessible to Rai centre. Breakfast varied times. Comfortable beds. Breakfast good selection.staff very helpful and very pleasant at all times, night or day. Room decent size. Quiet even though 11th floor . Lift very quick and spacious Bedding spotless.

Room was rather cold. Bathroom toilet was not clean. Breakfast rather expensive on top of room price. Thought there would be more towels and better selection of toiletries .wifi not free. Hoped the two beds which are put together to make a double bed could be pushed apart to make two single beds.......i have been able to do this in cheaper hotels. Not possible here.

The Toilets, the design of the Pot is funny, everything(shit) first accumulated and later flushed, I could not understand the logic of this new design.

The hotel was near the tram station and railroad station.

Food at restaurant was less than expected (especially for that price). Parking is very expensive (25 Euro per day).

The price was pretty good and the room wasn't a tiny shoe box. Breakfast was large and sumptuous.

The coffee machine needs to be calibrated. The cappuccino was pretty weak.

The Resturant have a very limited menu! And the service there was bad. After 15 min of no service we left to go some were else.

I booked this because the rate-reduction seemed good. The hotel is well situated near transport although on periphery. The room was OK, rather small, bed is decent, bathroom basic. Services included in price are poor. No TV available without pay, WIFI is an astonishing ripoff. Minibar prices are not displayed so we avoided for fear of being stung. Hoilday inn should catch on to fact that WIFI is now considered a basic requirement and even low cost budget hotels need to be including it in the price.

It has decent family rooms, great breakfast (worthwhile if it is included in the price or the room, depending on the offer), more space than the hotels in the city centre. It lies in a quiet area and is well connected to the city centre by tram 4.

It has no free WiFi and the costs are exorbitant. The cleaning service was poor. They do not actually clean the room except from the third day of stay, that's what I was told by the reception. This means that if you stay three nights with small children, you have to do your own cleaning, as they only empty the bins and set the beds. There are no 4-star hotel toiletries and accessories (slippers, bathrobes), which exist in other Holiday Inns. The bathroom is clean and spacious, but dated, looks like in the early 90s.

The photos of the rooms on the website are very misleading, We got a family room, looked huge in photo, but small in reality. Hotel is quite far from the centre although its a walk away from a tram stop that will take you directly to Centraal Station. Its 25euro in a cab. We wanted to sit outside and have a drink but a private local business had taken it over, and so "no entry" to guests of the hotel. I found the hotel to be extremely pricey in relation to price quality, I travel a lot and have gotten a lot more with my euro!

Good location, near rai staition and issa interclean. On the Restaurant and Bar you find a very nice and friendly people special the king of restaurant The Kitchen Chef are very good too. It is very good for bussiness and is near of rai station that gives you a very good independence of taxi using the public transportation. I enjoy it.

The internet must be payed and it is expensive in my opinion is not a good thing for a 4 star hotel.
