Las habitaciones eran grandes y espaciosas, con unas camas enormes. Es una zona muy tranquila. Su ubicación es penosa, en el extraradio del extraradio, es decir, ya no sabes en que ciudad estas. La combinación para poder ir al centro es costosa y larga. Algunas de las instalaciones que posee son muy caras si se utilizan, caso de internet o la cafeteria. |

Es un hotel adecuado si el viaje a Amsterdam para asistir al centro de ferias RAI, no es para otro tipo de viaje en el área donde esta ubicado no hay nada de otras actividades que se pueda realiar |

Hotel booking operation is very very poor. I just booked for my guests (4 people) on business on behalf of them but they just put my name for all of them in their system even though I wrote their each name on the system of Booking.com. So, they had a problm with check in because there was no their name on the system. Also, even after Hotel found this fact and checked in, Hotel still use my name for the room. Then the colleague of the guest try to call his room from their country but Hotel operater could not find his name on the system and could not reach him. I do not think this hotel is suitable for business use at all. |

When I entered the room, shower was broken. next room still had stuff from previous guests inside. Wifi extrem expensive (22 eur/day). Breakfast poor. Bad location. |

Staff were very friendly and professional transport to town was good with no 4 tram just outside. We got a room upgrade as well which was lovely. Really close to the airport by train as well, which is great... was some distance from town, around 20 minutes on the tram, but good public transportation links close by. |

The hotel was clean. As we arrived late the reception staff had messed up our room I guess and so we were lucky to get an upgrade to the executive suite. Decent location. Comfortable. Metro is next door and 15 minutes to city centre. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the adjacent room. Considering this is holiday inn, it is a disaster especialy being in an executive suite. |

We stayed just one night at this hotel for a dog show at the RAI centre. For us the location was ideal as it is just a 10min walk into the RAI, the dog was allowed into the hotel and Amstel Park is just down the road which was great for a spot of dog walking. Hotel facilities were excellent, rooms were comfortable, warm and clean. Hotel bar was welcoming, service prompt and food was good. I would book this hotel again if exhibiting at the RAI. Limited parking on site and it is expensive .. but then again Amsterdam is the most expensive city in the world for car parking !!! |

Standard boring business hotel. Everything works as expected, but the bar staff was both fast and very friendly. Reception staff was correct but I would have appreciated a more friendly and welcoming approach at first contact at the reception. Instead I had to start saying 'good afternoon' to draw attention from the people at the reception desk (I was the only guest entering). Being Dutch myself, I wonder when hotel staff in Amsterdam wil EVER learn to smile to their guests. |

This hotel is in a quiet part of amsterdam which has very good access to the city centre (the no. 4 tram leaves right outside the hotel). The tram takes 10min into town. It is much cheaper than the city centre hotels when booked in advance. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful.... we even got a nice free upgrade to a bigger top floor room. The bed was great! I'd stay here again! We didnt have breakfast included in the price and I think at 22 Euros it is expensive... but i've seen many hotels advertise breakfast at this price.... |
