We stayed just one night at this hotel for a dog show at the RAI centre. For us the location was ideal as it is just a 10min walk into the RAI, the dog was allowed into the hotel and Amstel Park is just down the road which was great for a spot of dog walking. Hotel facilities were excellent, rooms were comfortable, warm and clean. Hotel bar was welcoming, service prompt and food was good. I would book this hotel again if exhibiting at the RAI. Limited parking on site and it is expensive .. but then again Amsterdam is the most expensive city in the world for car parking !!! |

Standard boring business hotel. Everything works as expected, but the bar staff was both fast and very friendly. Reception staff was correct but I would have appreciated a more friendly and welcoming approach at first contact at the reception. Instead I had to start saying 'good afternoon' to draw attention from the people at the reception desk (I was the only guest entering). Being Dutch myself, I wonder when hotel staff in Amsterdam wil EVER learn to smile to their guests. |

For us it was a very good location for the marathon in Amsterdam,public transport nearby,very easy acces with the car. Breakfast expensive,no special deals for the Marathon! |

This hotel is in a quiet part of amsterdam which has very good access to the city centre (the no. 4 tram leaves right outside the hotel). The tram takes 10min into town. It is much cheaper than the city centre hotels when booked in advance. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful.... we even got a nice free upgrade to a bigger top floor room. The bed was great! I'd stay here again! We didnt have breakfast included in the price and I think at 22 Euros it is expensive... but i've seen many hotels advertise breakfast at this price.... |

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 6 months. It is a great location. I booked the hotel for 130euros and a day before I went the rate was down to 99euros. The hotel would not change the rate for me. I thought this was ridiculous! |

I had to stay a special room for a handicap people though I made a researvation of a regular room becuase of over booking. I had to stay a special room for a handicap people though I made a researvation of a regular twin room becuase of over booking. Then I could not use a shower of sutitable tempreture. I asked the change of my room, but it was not possible becuase of over booking. They offered one free breakfast as a compensation but I could not take it because of my train schedule. They promised next time, but this morning I was refused when I have visited, and later I get a voucher of one breakfast of a restaurant which is closed till 31th August by e-mail. Can you believe me? |

I knew Holiday Inn standards (high level in everything) from previous experiences. I never have been in Amsterdam and I didn't want to choose a bad accomodation, so I booked Holiday Inn even if it is a little bit expensive for me. I found a good place, clean, and with all comforts as I desiderd. |

The location and the ease of parking. We have stayed here before and it was great the first time. Quick access to Amsterdam center by Tram - 15 minute ride. It is also nice to get a little farther out of the center at night. You can get some good rest. No access to restaurants outside the hotel. There is nothing within walking distance. |

The room, Location 5 mins to Tram station, Promo Priced! During check in I was told by the reception room was fully book and they have arrange another hotel just across the road( Novetel) So I procceed to hotel they have arrange, but went I reach the Hotel reception told me they( holiday Inn) have make a mistake. And I have to proceed back to that hotel..... What kind of arrange was that....-10 |

The room we stayed was family room. The room size was too small to walk, because 80% of room was occupied by beds. The floor, especially the end of beds, was not cleaned up, because someone's nails were on it. |
