The room is spacious, nice bed & pillows. Nice restaurant & breakfast (which was included in the room price). I found the room to be a bit cold. Taking the room with the cheapest rate rewarded me with an out-dated bathroom. Expensive wire-less connection ; I didn't know if they forgot to bill me the 11€ parking, or if they stopped ripping people, I didn't ask for it :-) |

The room was renovated but not the bathroom. The staff is courteous but not very friendly and they did not give the basic information upon check in. |

I loved the location and the fact it was so central to the station. The staff made our short stay so easy to get around Eindhoven by ordering of taxi's each evening when we went out to dinner. The rooms were immaculate with an option to order various types of pillows, a major problem for me in hotels is the pillows!!! Not one thing!! Oner of the best I've stayed in in Europe |

Very easy to find, opposite the Railwaystation and shopping center. If you are with a car there is a parking. Very good breakfast. You can make annulation on the day of arrival till 16.00 The rooms are big and the bed is very good. It was very cold in the bathroom. |

Very good location. Close to all the main attractions including the PSV stadium...:) and close to the railway and bus station. 20 mins from the airport by local bus 401. No printing possibility at the internet PC. |

How quiet it was due to heavy snowfall and a reduced number of travellers. Poor signing, from the road, to acyually get into the car park of the hotel. |

The hotel has been totally refurbished recently and it looks great now. The breakfast (and the coffee!) have also much improved! Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. |

Everyone was very nice and understanding to my current situation. I was travelling and got stuck due to a snow blizzard. The room far far too cold. Eventhough the heating was ont he entire night it felt like it was not warming up the room at all. |

the hotel is very close to the main train station and to the city center (only 5 minutes walk). the rooms were newly renovated. the (kingsize) bed was quite comfortable. the people at check in were nice and helpful. the room maid was singing whilst cleaning which created a friendly atmosphere. not only the bar does not offer cocktails the bar keeper even made me feel uncomfortable for asking. the breakfast offered only the minimum level of what you could expect in a 4-star hotel. |

The rooms are very well appointed...excellent. I had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. It had to marking, so was very difficult to identify it. The logo sign on the building was not working. |

not having a car, it was ideally close to everything: bus, train, shops, cinema, restaurants etc and yet it was very quiet. No heating in the bathroom! It was too cold to even consider taking a bath... It would also be nice to have an electric water kettle for tea or coffee. |
