Holiday Inn Leiden

Lots of free parking space ....

Dog was only allowed after paying 15 euro per night. Because of the dog we became a room on the outside / groundfloor of the building which was more like a cheap motel than a holiday inn. From the opening until the closing of the pool it was being occupied with dozens of screaming kids, which is nice if you came for a family hotel but not if you want to spend some relaxing time for two. Breakfast is way too expensiv. Public transport to the hotel is on a twice per hour scedule after six only once per hour and only one bus line passes it.. but ideal if u are with a car.

Hospitality, Comfortable, Awareness and Well informative staffs

Pity, personnel were almost invisible. Receptionist was alone and stressed.

Television was difficult to handle, there should have been some written instructions.

The location.

Dirty, no hot water, no room service, no clean sheets, no clean towels, no internet connection, no cable connection, no staff cooperation, and lots of other not....

It was a great place to stay while driving around Northern Europe. We utilized the free parking and took the free shuttle to the train station to go into Amsterdam. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quite.

Clean Bathroom facilities and good breakfast.

The double rooms were too small for two double beds.

The playground in the hotel was great.because in each hotel that we went, my children wanted to play in the hotel but in this hotel, they have played a lot and they have really enjoyed themself.

The swimming pool was very dirty.

The hotel is good, but keep in mind that there are a lot of families with small children visiting. We first had a room very close to the children's playroom, which was quite loud. But it was no problem to change to a quiet room thanks to the friendly staff. It would be fair to know in advance this is a typical family hotel. Nevertheless it's a nice hotel :)

Quiet, clean & comfortable room (as room was on the outer part of the hotel overlooking the car park), good buffet breakfast, plenty of parking space, location

Internet access, since on the official holiday inn website it says that rooms are equipped with high speed internet. Wired internet in the rooms is not available as system is being upgraded and wireless signal is very weak in the rooms besides being expensive: 10€/hour! The lift is located a bit offside. Window in room does not open. Rooms need redecoration.

They did not accept my credit card and I paid cash for the room, later when I came home it appesr they dedeucted also the room rate from my credit card. (so I paid twice and would like to have one payment back)

Familiy friendly hotel. Room rates were reasonable, facilities - kids enjoyed the pool, good breakfast.

Quiet and comfortable, The lift is located a bit offside.

The shuttle only runs morning and late afternoon. A trip every hour would be great although the city buses are not so far.
