Place is very good , atmosphere, staff, good romms and view, breakfast also fantastic, consierge service! Will be nice if hotel have kinder day care service ( kids club) and welness / spa (swiming pool/ sauna) facilities |

IPlease write at least 15 words It was clean the breakfast was good.. The parking price is a Joke!! No one in th lot 32E. That's crazy, Room services prices are way too much!! 10USD for a coke is just wrong. |

Lovely hotel - location not great. hotel bar is very nice Location. No shops etc around the hotel. Impossible to buy things like hair gel in the evening!!! |

Standard high "Hilton quality". Excellent breakfast. Distant location from the city center. No services (shops, restaurants, bars) neaby the hotel. €27 for internet connection per day and €8 for 33cl bottle of standard beer from the minibar is pure robbery. |

Everything was excellent. Very good breakfast, cleanliness, design, nice staff members. Absolutamente todo fue excelente. Superbuen desayuno, limpieza, decoracion y simpatia del staff. The only thing i consider should be different, is the fact that there is no wifi or wired free internet as we found on all the other hotels we stayed at. Muy costoso internet, 27E, es demasiado, cuando en todos los otros hoteles que estuvimos es gratis. |

The service was excellent, staff was helpful. The room was very comfortable. The terrace restaurant overlooking the canal was a perfect place for dining or just having an evening drink. And for the price, it was the best European hotel I have experienced so far. We felt that the design of the room did not accomodate or utilise the space, therefore making it smaller than it really is. The bathroom should be slightly bigger. It would be nice to have an indoor swimming pool too. |

The room was huge, great view, very clean, excellent beds, breakfast was rich, staff was very helpful and profi., Tram was very close going directly downtown, food and drinks were fine, even though Hilton cost. |

-Nice rooms -Good staff -The chef was very interactive with the guests -Mesmerizing view at the café -Quite neighborhood -5 minutes walk to the tram station then ten minutes ride to reach the dam square -Very expensive car parking 45euro a day (advice; park your car at the Olympic stadium for 6 Euro a day and its 3 tram stations far from the hotel) |

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. If you can get a canal view it's a great sight to wake up to - and the outside bar by the canal is a wonderful spot to have a drink at night. I wouldn't agree that it is walking distance to the centre of the city, but there is a tram stop only 6/7 minutes away which brings you right there. Food & especially drink was a bit expensive (but I would guess is to be expected at this type of hotel) |

the hospitality room on top deck was well staffed and made us feel appreciated for our stay. the airconditioner in the first room offered was not working and the room air seemed "stale". management rapidly placed in another suitable room |

The amenities are very nice including a pillow and soap menus, the rooms are very good. Nice bed and bedware. Great views and windows. Very close to the Voldel Park, in a nice location, including a port, nice bar and good restaurant, executive lounge, just a little bit far from the city centre but worths. They said there would be bicicles avaible but the hotel owns only 4 bikes, afterall they rent bikes. Pay attention to minibar prices and take notes of what you use. They've charged me abusive items several times.Only a few items are avaible during night room service and for tree nights they were out of stock in the main ones. |

Very nice atmosphere.. big rooms with a nice view over the canal. Quiet. Nice breakfast included in the price. I just didn't like the comment of the usher saying I didn't have right to the free bycicle service of the hotel because my room was of a lower category. But he borrowed me two bikes for free, after all.. |

We really enjoyed our 3 nights. The room was lovely, bed the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, so friendly and helpful. We certainly will stay there again when we go back to Amsterdam. |

clean and calm, excellent breakfast buffet. I like the size of the bed, one big bed instead of two small ones. Better when sleeping in couple. (queen) bed a tiny bit too hard, but it is still better like that than too soft. |
