The location was great,there was a lovely bar outside with a nice view of a quiet canal, the restaurant was really good and the rooms, very nice, clean and modern and comfortable. |

Large comfortable room. Staff were excellent and phoned five minutes after our arrival to check all ok. Lukewarm bath water, but maybe this is a legal requirement, as similar problem at a nearby hotel the previous night and in both cases thermostat was on maximum. I was able to heat the bath by repeatedly filling the kettle with hotter water out of the wash hand basin. |

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at home, and special. Our room was high up and gave us a wonderful view of Amsterdam. I liked the decoration of the room, and especially that the decorator had incorporated a subtle humor - there was a set of arty black and white photos of Amsterdam street-urinals! We had a marvellous time and will value the memory of the stay. The executive lounge on the top floor was very nice. However, compared to, for instance, the executive lounge at the Antwerp Hilton, it is not absolutely cozy and inviting. It is not the a lounge where you feel you can go and relax for three hours. |

The service in the restaurant of the hotel was very good. All the staff was polite and ready to make true our wishes. The room was clean and the region of the hotel is one of the best in Amsterdam. Some of the recepsionists should be in a different post. Communication was not their best; we couldn't understand each other. We were lucky though, that we found a Greek receptionist and we could ask her. |

The expensive Parking Fee. $ 36 Euros a day. Also, the hotel charged us a local city tax, which was paid already, through your company. When we disputed it, they billed our credit card any way. |

all the staff were very polite and excellent. their willingness to assist was first class and they are very friendly and helpful. the hotel's charges for room service is not clear and can be costly if on an inclusive breakfast budget tariff. |

Standard high "Hilton quality". Excellent breakfast. Distant location from the city center. No services (shops, restaurants, bars) neaby the hotel. €27 for internet connection per day and €8 for 33cl bottle of standard beer from the minibar is pure robbery. |

Everything was excellent. Very good breakfast, cleanliness, design, nice staff members. Absolutamente todo fue excelente. Superbuen desayuno, limpieza, decoracion y simpatia del staff. The only thing i consider should be different, is the fact that there is no wifi or wired free internet as we found on all the other hotels we stayed at. Muy costoso internet, 27E, es demasiado, cuando en todos los otros hoteles que estuvimos es gratis. |

The service was excellent, staff was helpful. The room was very comfortable. The terrace restaurant overlooking the canal was a perfect place for dining or just having an evening drink. And for the price, it was the best European hotel I have experienced so far. We felt that the design of the room did not accomodate or utilise the space, therefore making it smaller than it really is. The bathroom should be slightly bigger. It would be nice to have an indoor swimming pool too. |
