Nada que destacar Muchas cosas: trato desagradable, servicio de restaurante a habitaciones pésimo (parece mentira que un Hilton se pueda permitir esto). Solicitamos el día de la llegada una pizza y una lasaña y por el módico precio de 50EUR nos sirvieron dos esperpentos de plato. Indescriptible la pizza (la peor que he comido en mi vida con diferencia) y lo de la lasaña mejor ni nombrarlo (se les olvidó meterle lo que lleva a demñas de láminas de pasta). El "te cobro lo que me de la gana por todo" no me gusta nada |

Encontramos una oferta muy buena, hemos recorrido Amsterdam en 5 días y era un lujo llegar al hotel a descansar. Cuidado!! El minibar tiene sensores y si cambias alguna botella de sitio directamente te lo cobran, No hay sitio para meter tu propia botella de agua. No hay bicicletas gratis, 15 euros al dia. |

El desayuno buffet muy variado y abundante. La atención del personal. El calentador de agua para café de la habitación estaba lleno de cal por su desuso, lo que refleja la no excrupulosidad del servicio de limpieza. El hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos andando del centro, lo que unido a que a la estación de tranvía que te acerca aún hay unos 5 minutos, lo alejan un poco del mehoyo. Las opciones de parking son excesivamente caras tanto en el hotel como en la calle. |

Estuvimos de luna de miel y nos trataron de maravilla, un recibimiento espectacular, habitación con vistas al canal...desayuno muy muy completo aunque como anecdota pedí una tortilla española (de patatas) y no os imaginais lo que me trajeron... Un poco alejado del centro aunque con buena comunicación con tranvia. |

Relación calidad-precio con la oferta, tranquila localización, buen desayuno Que retuviese una cantidad de mi cuenta sin nigún aviso previo tras cobrar la estancia. Poca claridad en la información a la hora de alquilar un coche al no saber que debíamos pagar el parking, al creer que se devolvía en el hotel el auto. |

La comodidad de la cama, la ausencia de ruidos y el desayuno bufé Con respecto al hotel, estaban muy escasos de amenities en el baño. Un poco cutre en ese aspecto. Ofrecían lo mismo que un tres estrellas y eso no se lo puede permitir un Hilton. |

me gusto todo, nos encanto el servicio de la habitacion premium, la comida tanto del desayuno como el servicio de snack en el piso 10.la atencion fue muy buena, cuando fuimos a tomar cafe, nos encanto el lugar nos atendieron muy bien. quedamos muy satisfechos , relacion precio calidad. el parking era caro, lo unico que podria decir que nos parecio. |

El deayuno y que se encuentra en una zona tranquila. Carece por completo de infraestructuras y servicios de entretenimiento (es un hotel orientado a servir de sede de reuniones y congresos, con diversas salas de reuniones). El precio que cobran por el Wifi es altísimo, las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tenían ningún empleado que hable castellano. |

Standard high "Hilton quality". Excellent breakfast. Distant location from the city center. No services (shops, restaurants, bars) neaby the hotel. €27 for internet connection per day and €8 for 33cl bottle of standard beer from the minibar is pure robbery. |

Everything was excellent. Very good breakfast, cleanliness, design, nice staff members. Absolutamente todo fue excelente. Superbuen desayuno, limpieza, decoracion y simpatia del staff. The only thing i consider should be different, is the fact that there is no wifi or wired free internet as we found on all the other hotels we stayed at. Muy costoso internet, 27E, es demasiado, cuando en todos los otros hoteles que estuvimos es gratis. |

The service was excellent, staff was helpful. The room was very comfortable. The terrace restaurant overlooking the canal was a perfect place for dining or just having an evening drink. And for the price, it was the best European hotel I have experienced so far. We felt that the design of the room did not accomodate or utilise the space, therefore making it smaller than it really is. The bathroom should be slightly bigger. It would be nice to have an indoor swimming pool too. |

The room was huge, great view, very clean, excellent beds, breakfast was rich, staff was very helpful and profi., Tram was very close going directly downtown, food and drinks were fine, even though Hilton cost. |

-Nice rooms -Good staff -The chef was very interactive with the guests -Mesmerizing view at the café -Quite neighborhood -5 minutes walk to the tram station then ten minutes ride to reach the dam square -Very expensive car parking 45euro a day (advice; park your car at the Olympic stadium for 6 Euro a day and its 3 tram stations far from the hotel) |

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. If you can get a canal view it's a great sight to wake up to - and the outside bar by the canal is a wonderful spot to have a drink at night. I wouldn't agree that it is walking distance to the centre of the city, but there is a tram stop only 6/7 minutes away which brings you right there. Food & especially drink was a bit expensive (but I would guess is to be expected at this type of hotel) |

the hospitality room on top deck was well staffed and made us feel appreciated for our stay. the airconditioner in the first room offered was not working and the room air seemed "stale". management rapidly placed in another suitable room |

The amenities are very nice including a pillow and soap menus, the rooms are very good. Nice bed and bedware. Great views and windows. Very close to the Voldel Park, in a nice location, including a port, nice bar and good restaurant, executive lounge, just a little bit far from the city centre but worths. They said there would be bicicles avaible but the hotel owns only 4 bikes, afterall they rent bikes. Pay attention to minibar prices and take notes of what you use. They've charged me abusive items several times.Only a few items are avaible during night room service and for tree nights they were out of stock in the main ones. |

Very nice atmosphere.. big rooms with a nice view over the canal. Quiet. Nice breakfast included in the price. I just didn't like the comment of the usher saying I didn't have right to the free bycicle service of the hotel because my room was of a lower category. But he borrowed me two bikes for free, after all.. |
