Cambian 2 veces por dia las tohallas. Y hacen la habitación 2 veces. Voy a este hotel, pues es el que queda mas cerca de donde vive mi hija, frente al estadio olímpico. El desayuno incluido, es razonablemente bueno. La limpieza del hotel es regular, no es Alemania.

Televisor pequeño, no se ve desde la cama. Control remoto con pilas gastadas. Desaguadero de pileta de baño tapada. Luz de escritorio con falso contacto. No hay cobertor de reserva. No prendieron nunca la calefaccion, habia menos de 10° c en las madrugadas. Las teclas de prender y apagar las luces principales al lado del baño, totalmente engrasadas, sucias. Esto es un hotel de 5 estrellas ?....... No tiene mantenimiento, es una verguenza. Cuando me fui, a 07.00 hs. Del 2/nov/2011, tuve que bajarme yo las valijas, no estaba el "bell Captain".

The quiet location but within easy walking distance of the centre. Robertos Restaurant both for dinner and breakfast.The friendly helpful staff.

How freindly the staff were &how good the hotel looked made it very good relaxing break,the gardens were very well presented which was pretty amazing

Thought it was just a little bit from the city centre but thats what makes it a very excellent hotel

Staff are helpfull and cooperative. Location is in nice and quiet area. Tram stop is in the nearby, you can take Tram no# 5 or 24 to the city center.

Room rate are expensive. And rooms are relatively small. Tv in the room is very very. The smallest tv I have ever seen in 5 star hotel. May be 28 inch or so. The fridge in the room is monitored by sensor if you moved any item, it will be charged automatically to your room and I hate that. There should be some level of trust in the customers.

This hotel is really superb. From the front desk to the concierge, one is made to feel really special. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast great. I would not hesitate to to receommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a good location. It was a bit of a hike into the downtown area, but the advantage is that the hotel itself is in a quieter part of town.

The hotel didn't advertise many of its services and amenities. I would have liked to know about more of them. Also, 27 Euro for Wifi seems excessive.

We loved the restaurant and bar downstairs..its a great place as it was cold weather outside and we really didnt have to go far to enjoy a great meal and would highly recommend the hot chocolates and desserts...the service was excellent .staff were very keen to ensure that everything was as expected.we received an upgrade for 10 euro extra which entitled us to the beautiful free brekfast on the top floor ..again where service was 5 star

No free internet ..and tight arse bar fridge ...charges everything you touch to your room..although tea and coffee was free and they did provide us with 4 free 1 litre bottles of water.. nothing to complain about really!!!!10 out of 10

We also booked a conference room. The ac did not work there. No surprise, because why else should there be a fan in the room. Still it was too hot (on a cool day...). Luckily the nature of our meeting enabled us to confer with open doors.... But this of course is not what one expects from a hotel with this reputation. Further there is just enough space to move the chairs, but if you want to pass behind the person sitting next to you, he/she must stand up... Let me ensure you: the conference room does not come at a cheap price!

The room was fabulous with a beautiful view over the canal. It was nice to be a little distance out of the main hub bub.

It was much too expensive for us to eat in the hotel as a family, much more suited to the business trip charging the company for that.
