Nice surroundings, good sized bedroom with a fantastic super size comfortable bed. Panoramic views of Amsterdam from the bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the concierge staff. Excellent breakfast choice with comfortable surroundings. Would have preferred to be a little closer to the centre of Amsterdam

Excellent staff service and friendliness particularly in the restaurant breakfast Good qulity hotel, not crowded or boisterous Bit further out of city centre than I envisaged ie a 15 euro taxi drive 35 euros a day parking fee

From check-in onwards the service was excellent.Bedroom clean and comfortable..and quiet!! Breakfast excellent with friendly service and chef who made pancakes!!! Helpful conceriege

Very relaxed atmosphere, most people seemed happy & obliging. Easy to get around, good choice of eateries & cafes, great coffee! Highly recommend 24hr hop-on, hop-off canal bus ticket. Weather, only thing you can't control :-)

Rooms in good order, good facilities for meetings / seminar / conference. Wireless internet did not connect despite free access codes shared by staff.

The staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast time all were kind & sweet. I like the chef who were serving fruits in a very funny & friendly manner. I had to pay so much for taxi fare each time that I had to get to city centre. It would be nice if hotel could provide free shuttle few times in a day to help their guests.

Hotel is directly located at a channel. Our room was spacious had big windows and a nice view over Amsterdam. City centre is easy to reach by tram within 10-15 minutes. Nice neighborhood area. Staff was very friendly. Would go there again

Oh My good, Just when I thought I lost hope in the Hospitality industry, The Hilton Amsterdam comes my way. Its the definition of High Quality customer service, They make you feel your are the centre of attention and with the biggest smile they make sure you get all you need. Just incredible. My warmest congratulations to the Hotel Manager for a super motivated and efficient team, thy set new standards in Luxury hospitality and Congratulations for a wonderful f&b team. All just perfect.

For £130 we had a lovely room and excellent breakfast. The staff couldn't have been more attentive. Parking €35 a day

Excellent staff and a special mention to Liene at Roberto's. Her lovely smile and cheerful manner were fantastic. All the staff at Roberto's at breakfast were excellent and nice to be welcomed with orange juice as you walk in and pancakes by the chef! Lovely rooms! Shame there is no pool or spa for hotel guests! Concirege very helful too! No pool or spa for hotel guests! A little far away from main Dam Square

-Very bad location, far from down town ( each taxi is 20-22 Euro one way to and from down town) -very poor services ( far from Hilton level) - very low profile staff -poor breakfast -small room ( even you choose superior) -this hotel should be aware from hilton status, max 3 -4 stars, never 5.....

Staf was good and very helpful . The only thing I did not like was the fact that u can have your window open as u like that I did not like . And for that simple fact I won't recommend it to no one .
