Hilton Amsterdam har en terrass vid vattnet, ett fitnesscenter och en trendig bar designad av Ralph Lauren. Hotellet erbjuder lyxiga rum utrustade med plattskärms-TV och utsikt över staden. De rymliga rummen på Hilton har dekorationer i modern holländsk stil med varma krämfärgade toner. De har ett stort skrivbord i trä, filmer via pay-per-view och ett modernt badrum med kostnadsfria toalettartiklar. Varje morgon serveras en riklig frukostbuffé. Den prisbelönta italienska restaurangen Robertos serverar lunch och middag. Hilton Amsterdam har ett fitnesscenter med bastu och solarium där gästerna kan koppla av en stund. Half Moon Lounge har en stor uteservering där gästerna kan avnjuta drinkar på sommaren, och en hörna med eldstad under kyligare vinterkvällar. Både Museumplein och den berömda Vondelpark ligger mindre än 1 kilometer från Amsterdam Hilton. Amsterdam RAI ligger 5 minuter bort med bil. The quiet location but within easy walking distance of the centre. Robertos Restaurant both for dinner and breakfast.The friendly helpful staff.

it was a nice hotel nice view from room's window fast taxi calling when your in a hurry and a good welcoming crew food wasent that good need a bigger menu for hotels breakfast-lunch-dinner and for room service

How freindly the staff were &how good the hotel looked made it very good relaxing break,the gardens were very well presented which was pretty amazing Thought it was just a little bit from the city centre but thats what makes it a very excellent hotel

27€ for 24h Wifi? Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Inhospitable environment! Only exeption the two greeks at the front desk! Very disappointing experience. There was also a warning in the room of a fine of 115€ in case the guests smoked! We definately were not treated as guests in a five star hotel. We will definately not choose a Hilton hotel next time.

The hotel itself was simply flawless. Location can allways be discussed, but it suited us just fine. Quiet area, not too far from center of A´dam.

Staff are helpfull and cooperative. Location is in nice and quiet area. Tram stop is in the nearby, you can take Tram no# 5 or 24 to the city center. Room rate are expensive. And rooms are relatively small. Tv in the room is very very. The smallest tv I have ever seen in 5 star hotel. May be 28 inch or so. The fridge in the room is monitored by sensor if you moved any item, it will be charged automatically to your room and I hate that. There should be some level of trust in the customers.

Located in a quit and good neighbourhood, not in the city centre, but easy accessible by tram. Rooms are clean, furniture modern, breakfast is good. Good service and friendly staff.

This hotel is really superb. From the front desk to the concierge, one is made to feel really special. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast great. I would not hesitate to to receommend this hotel.

Hotel was very good, but very expensive. We specified by the booking that we would like to have a room with a balcony and on the last floor, but at the reception have demanded 100 euros more for it. We have naturally disagreed. The hotel has made upon us tremendous impression, a magnificent huge bed, a cozy room, a faultless bathroom, the remarkable personnel, always ready to help. The porter has helped us to print the plan how to go to Düsseldorf. Thanks a lot for his help. Breakfast is not included in this expensive price. Minibar in the room is very expensive too. One Bottle of water 6€! We didn't touch anything in this minibar=))))

Lovely hotel in a good location. It was a bit of a hike into the downtown area, but the advantage is that the hotel itself is in a quieter part of town. The hotel didn't advertise many of its services and amenities. I would have liked to know about more of them. Also, 27 Euro for Wifi seems excessive.

The breakfast was really good. The bed was very comfortable. On our second morning we didn't get the same attention at breakfast. Other guests were being asked if they wanted eggs done this way or that. We felt slightly ignored.

We loved the restaurant and bar downstairs..its a great place as it was cold weather outside and we really didnt have to go far to enjoy a great meal and would highly recommend the hot chocolates and desserts...the service was excellent .staff were very keen to ensure that everything was as expected.we received an upgrade for 10 euro extra which entitled us to the beautiful free brekfast on the top floor ..again where service was 5 star No free internet ..and tight arse bar fridge ...charges everything you touch to your room..although tea and coffee was free and they did provide us with 4 free 1 litre bottles of water.. nothing to complain about really!!!!10 out of 10

The porter. The room mates and the Bar. The attitude of the reception personnel was inadequate and not welcoming from the moment we arrived - letting us wait for the room long time - although all details were already registered and rooms were available. Price of room is too high in respect of the facility and services we got in this hotel in comparison to other Hilton hotels around the world. Internet and communication facilities very expensive and not fit for business purposes.

We also booked a conference room. The ac did not work there. No surprise, because why else should there be a fan in the room. Still it was too hot (on a cool day...). Luckily the nature of our meeting enabled us to confer with open doors.... But this of course is not what one expects from a hotel with this reputation. Further there is just enough space to move the chairs, but if you want to pass behind the person sitting next to you, he/she must stand up... Let me ensure you: the conference room does not come at a cheap price!

The room was fabulous with a beautiful view over the canal. It was nice to be a little distance out of the main hub bub. It was much too expensive for us to eat in the hotel as a family, much more suited to the business trip charging the company for that.

Staff customer service, lobby, garden not enought value for money. There is no free leisure sport facilities nor free internet, but a double room costs 700 euro / night!!!!!

The area where is located the hotel is very nice and quiet, is relatively close to transport (tram, train); breakfast is good, the staff is ok. My opinion is that it fits 4 and not 5 stars
