Hilton Amsterdam  

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Amsterdam and found the staff very friendly and helpful, however we dined in Roberto,s resteraunt and thought the service was poor and food average for the cost. We were un happy with the bedding used to refresh our room As it was stained and overall being white in colour had seen better days. Location was faboulous especially the terrace but did not overall justify the cost .

Fabulous stay, nice location with great facilities. Staff were exceptionally friendly without exception!

We loved the restaurant and bar downstairs..its a great place as it was cold weather outside and we really didnt have to go far to enjoy a great meal and would highly recommend the hot chocolates and desserts...the service was excellent .staff were very keen to ensure that everything was as expected.we received an upgrade for 10 euro extra which entitled us to the beautiful free brekfast on the top floor ..again where service was 5 star

No free internet ..and tight arse bar fridge ...charges everything you touch to your room..although tea and coffee was free and they did provide us with 4 free 1 litre bottles of water.. nothing to complain about really!!!!10 out of 10

How freindly the staff were &how good the hotel looked made it very good relaxing break,the gardens were very well presented which was pretty amazing

Thought it was just a little bit from the city centre but thats what makes it a very excellent hotel

Hotel was very good, but very expensive. We specified by the booking that we would like to have a room with a balcony and on the last floor, but at the reception have demanded 100 euros more for it. We have naturally disagreed. The hotel has made upon us tremendous impression, a magnificent huge bed, a cozy room, a faultless bathroom, the remarkable personnel, always ready to help. The porter has helped us to print the plan how to go to Düsseldorf. Thanks a lot for his help.

Breakfast is not included in this expensive price. Minibar in the room is very expensive too. One Bottle of water 6€! We didn't touch anything in this minibar=))))

The hotel itself was simply flawless. Location can allways be discussed, but it suited us just fine. Quiet area, not too far from center of A´dam.

The bed was really good

This hotel is really superb. From the front desk to the concierge, one is made to feel really special. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast great. I would not hesitate to to receommend this hotel.

Lovely quiet location overlooking the canal, within easy reach of tram stops into the centre of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely selection for breakfast and comfortable areas to sit for coffee and drinks. Enjoyed every part of our stay in the hotel.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable. Everything was well designed.
